It is built on the site of the Stadium of Domitian, built in 1st century AD, and follows the form of the open space of the stadium.The ancient Romans came there to watch the agones ("games"), and hence it was known as 'Circus Agonalis' (competition arena). It is believed that over time the name changed to 'in agone' to 'navone' and eventually to 'navona'.

The flat is for 6 people, with a living room, a big habitable kitchen,(refrigerator, toaster) 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and a large antique mirror and one piano, the other bedroom has 2 single beds with two bedside tables and large pretty, and finally the third bedroom has two single beds, too ,2 bathrooms with bath taste of classic antique finely decorated, plus a little balcony. The ceiling is made with exposed wood beams. An elegant entrance downstairs and the garden ,make perfect contour.To access the apartment you are going through a pretty courtyard, the building has an elevator and the entire building is in an ancient context
