Welcome to one of Rome's ultimate homesteads

The Nobleman's historic loft is perfect for any family or group who is looking to stay in a pristine apartment that seamlessly combines ancient architecture with modern comforts and amenities, and is located in one of Rome's most authentic and charming neighborhoods.

This is a very large restored ancient apartment which is one of the top rentals in Rome by location and reputation. We combine this wonderful place with caring and extensive services to give you a Roman experience - not just a rental. For those that want to easily and quickly plan we encourage you to let us do the planning for you. We are your Rome insiders.

The loft boasts huge 25-foot ceilings made out of original wood beams and cotto floors, as well as a very large living room with a comfortable couch and a high end music system. The two terraces are the perfect place to eat breakfast or unwind after a long day of exploring. Unfortunately, this apartment is not suited for large parties or events as the building is quiet and has strict regulations against noise.

The loft has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. The two upstairs bedrooms have double beds which CANNOT be separated into two singles. There is a long narrow room downstairs with two beds and a bathroom. It is ideal for two children or one adult. There's also a double sofabed in the living room.

You can also rent the adjacent one bedroom apartment to create a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, 3 terraces mega loft for larger groups.

The loft sleeps 12 people in total: 6 people in real beds and up to 10 with use of the double sofa bed, and folding beds. Adding in the adjacent apartment gets you room for 14 people.

Note that this is not at all a party place. It is a high end luxury rental for families or groups of 30 year old + friends that want a wonderful environment in which to be together.

ARE WE BOOKED UP? Never fear! I have a rival Roman Jewel that is probably free. See the Panoramic Penthouse in my listings. Or contact me as I am part of a top-host community and have direct access to many fantastic places.

"We'll be back!"

The Nobleman's Loft and the Casapicard Team are incredible. First, there is an entire team of personable, caring professionals who not only welcomed us, but checked in every day or two (via email, so it was not in any way intrusive) to be certain that all was well and offer ideas and suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This personal concierge service was unexpected and we loved it! Second, the facility is wonderful; spacious, bright, clean and very well equipped. Before we even left home, Casapicard sent a link to their wiki and that wiki is invaluable! It included detailed information about how things in the apartment work, restaurant suggestions, contacts for personal guided tours (Pina's tour of the coliseum was fantastic! She is delightful and extremely knowledgeable). There is more, but you get the idea. We have already recommended Casapicard and Pina to some friends who will be in Italy in the coming months.
