This centrally positioned studio apartment is located in the area of Trastevere, one of the most characteristic and nice districts of central Rome, with typical Italian restaurants, historic cafes, and artists' hangouts that will give you a lasting impression of the real Rome.

In this area you can find the church of S. Maria in Trastever and the Tiberina island is connected to Trastevere by the Cestio bridge. The gianicolo hill is very close and from there you can enjoy a wonderful sight of Rome.

This functional studio apartment (23m²) is located on the third floor (no lift) and is ideal for two people, but can also welcome 2 couples, or a couple with 2 children. The owner has another apartement on the same floor , so both flats might be a good choice if you're visiting Rome with another couple and want your privacy but don't want to be too far away.

The living area contains a comfortable double bed as well as a double sofa bed, together with a wooden dining table, a kitchen area, which has a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and microwave for cooking, toaster and a kettle. In the bathroom you'll find a shower and bidet, and a full set of towels.

There's also a wall-mounted television with cable channels, a DVD player, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.

The flat comes with air conditioning and heating.

The apartment's building is surrounded by a beautiful garden in a quiet Trastevere street, very close to great public transport (which runs all night long) that in just a few minutes will take you to the famous Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori and Piazza di Spagna. Trastevere train station is also nearby, with trains every 20 minutes running to the international airport of Fiumicino.

This apartment offers you a brilliant place to base yourselves for getting out and about to explore the city, at a very reasonable price.
