Ref. 17486 - This amazing loft apartment was completely refurbished in 2013 and has been decorated with taste and attention to detail. The high ceilings and the large windows give it a bright and airy feel, whilst the black tiled floors provide an original touch. The property was formerly a studio used by Picasso.

The 150m2 apartment is designed to accommodate up to 5 people and is situated on the first floor of a stunning historic building (without a lit) with an ideal location in the heart of the city. The apartment is accessed via the beautiful, leafy garden that features armchairs where you can relax and unwind. The loft is spread over two levels; the lower floor is an open space that combines a living room with a dining area. Here you will find two single sofa-beds, an LCD television and an antique dining table for six people. Carrying on along the hallway you will pass through another room containing a single sofa-bed, before coming to the modern and well-equipped kitchen. On the same floor you will find two bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and the other one with a WC. A stairway leads to the second floor that features parquet flooring and which contains a king-size double bed and a third bathroom with a box shower. The apartment also features a free Wi-Fi internet connection.

The apartment's fantastic location will allow you to reach almost all of the city's main places of interest. The surrounding area houses traditional shops, wine bars and restaurants where you can enjoy some authentic Italian cuisine.

In the fifties, the film Roman Holiday suddenly converted the district into a highly exclusive area. Director Federico Fellini actually lived in this very street. Right in the centre of town, the area is a perfect location to move around on foot, and offers all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, shops and book shops as well as different forms of transport. The nearest metro stops are Spagna, the train station is Flaminio connecting to the north of Rome, and the bus and tram terminal is located alongside the Piazzale Flaminio.
