The villa is on two floors; on the first one there is a small hall with a couch, a room with two single beds, the bathroom, an independent kitchen and a balcony. On the second floor there is a bathroom, a bathroom with a king size bed and a balcony. The villa has its own entry from the communal garden, parking places are easily available and are free of charge.
The villa is in a residential zone full of green areas and featuring cycle lanes leading to the city centre. Local markets take place every Thursday and Saturday. Stores, bar, restaurants, supermarkets are 800 meters from the villa. Bus connects to the B underground line which can quickly bring you to the city centre. The Coliseum is only 20 minutes drive from the villa.

The Lazio region

It is 15 minutes drive away from the city centre and has a very quick access to the sea and to pubs and discos on the beach during the summer season.
