The apartment is at second floor of a residential building with elevator and consists of a very large bloomed terrace with a table chairs and sun umbrella; a wide and cosy veranda with sofas, armchairs, little tables.

There is a bright and modern living room with a long sofa, armchairs, stools, table, bookcase and more;
two elegant double bedrooms, equipped with a double bed (or on request with two single beds); one more bed can be added.
Kitchen full equipped; a bathroom with bathtub.

Linens and towels are provided.

Air conditioning in bedroom and independent heating.

30% of total rental to finalize the reservation

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking .The balance must be paid at least 10 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.
The refundable damage security Deposit: 30% of the total rental.
The euros is the only accepted currency.

Cancellation:
More than 2 months before arrival: 50% kept on initial deposit
Between 2 & 1 months before arrival: no refund on deposit
