Ref. 16512 - This fantastic apartment is located in the heart of the city, in one of Rome's oldest streets, close to the famous Piazza Navona. The elegant apartment was completely restored in 2012 and its decoration is the perfect mix between the old and the new.
This 100m2 duplex, capable of accommodating up to 8 people, is situated on the first floor of a historic 17th century building (without lift). The property is spread over two floors and features a spacious and nicely decorated main room that is perfect for unwinding. Here you will find a comfortable double sofa-bed, an LCD television and some beautiful antique furnishings that, together with the tiled floors, give the apartment a very cosy feel. Slightly separated from this area you will find the dining room that is equipped with a beautiful wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and comes well-equipped. Further on you will come to the master bedroom featuring a double bed. From here a spiral staircase will take you up to the dressing room. From the living room a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Lastly you will find two bathrooms – the bathroom on the lower floor features a bath and shower, whilst the upper floor bathroom contains a box shower.
The apartment's excellent location will allow you to comfortably reach the city's main places of interest. The closest metro station to the apartment is Barberini – Fontana di Trevi (line A).
