Perfect for two! Located in a quite residential area, very well connected to Fiumicino Airport (walking distance to Ostiense train Station) and other pubblic transportation.

Fully equipped for travellers who want to enjoy Rome having their own private place to stay in a safe area.

Greatly connected by metro (Piramide) and buses, it's just behind Caracalla ancient bath, very close to Circo Massimo and other historical point of interests.

If you want to enjoy italian kitchen, Eataly is just 10 minutes walking, to experience the exellence in food and wine, where you can see how mozzarella is made, bread is baked and pasta is prepared, because everything is prepared under your eyes.

If you want to shop there and prepare your meal home, you can buy selected italian products and cook them by yourself in your private appartment.

Moreover Testaccio is very close, to feel the atmosphere of a still authentic and cool area to hang around, out of turistic tracks.

Rome

from the web......

Tried other tourist-clogged Rome neighborhoods? Ready for something a bit different? Testaccio is a Rome Neighborhod anchored by the old stockyards and a hill made of Roman amphora fragments discarded from ships on the nearby Tiber.

Foodies like Testaccio because of the traditions surrounding the Roman cuisine of the stockyard workers. This means offal will be served in local restaurants, as workers were given these pieces at the end of the day--and they (or most likely their wives and mothers) learned to cook them into tasty meals.

But it's not all innards in Testaccio. The foodie shrine called Gastronomia Volpetti is here, and the covered market is as lively as it can get, even without the throngs of tourists that flock to better-known markets in Rome. La Città dell'Altra Economia will educate you in fair trade practices and ply you with international organic food at the same time.

When I first came upon Monte Testaccio, Testaccio's potsherd hill, Rome's car repairmen had dug out caves in the hill for their repair shops. Today those caves have been transformed into sometimes lavish night clubs and wine bars. It's where Rome's beautiful people go to exercise their dolce vita.

"Very clean, modern and quiet apartment with a lovely owner"

The apartment was as advertised, very clean and modern and the area was very quiet. The owner was helpful and reliable for all aspects of the stay. I would go back, and would recommend the apartment to friends. This apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 persons.
