The B&B L'Appartamento Romano is a luminous Bed and Breakfast located in the center of Rome, in one of the most lively and elegant neighbourhood of the Capital. The strategic position of the structure allows you to reach in a few minutes on foot, by bus, tram or subway all of Rome's main highlights and workplaces.

The B&B is situated in a quiet Nineteenth Century building which has been fully renovated, equipped with a elevator and a nice central court.

The running of the structure is both environment and health friendly. Fast internet wi-fi is available free of charge in the room and the common areas.

The room is brand new, with a fresh, relaxing and unique design. The Twin Beds are of excellent workmanship: complete rest is guaranteed and they meet any needs for the overnight stay (single beds or a super king bed for one or two people). The room's window has a view on a typical local market, open from Monday to Saturday.

The comfortable en-suite bathroom has a big shower, hot water always available, hairdryer, 5x magnifying mirror, soap, tissues and bath towels.

The room is air-conditioned at will for each season, and it has thermal-shielding and soundproof framings. Within the room a 32” LED TV is available. For a relaxing break is available an electric boiler with many teas and infusions as well.

The breakfast is served in the common room or, more comfortably, in the private room. Our breakfast consists in an extensive choice of fresh bakery products, coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, yoghurt, fruit juice, Nutella, jams and honey.

The room is tidied up and cleaned daily.

For those who travel by car, parking has never been so easy. You will be able to park your car for free in a wide area around the B&B and in the areas nearby the main highlights of the City, such as:  Basilicas of St. Peter, St. Paul, St. John Lateran, Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, Colosseum, Piazza Vittorio's Market, Isola Tiberina (nearby the Ghetto and Trastevere), Villa Ada, Villa Borghese, Policlinico Umberto I, La Sapienza University.

All these amenities and services are included in the price.

Check-in and Check-out times have to be previously agreed upon. Check-in from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.. Check-out by 10 a.m.. The access to our structure is completely autonomous.

Please note that the City of Rome requires a tourist tax of 3,50€/person/night.

- with a ten minutes transports ride, Termini station, Veneto Street, La Sapienza University, Policlinico Umberto I, Technical-scientific Recreation Center Technotown (within Villa Torlonia), Department of Economic Development, Department of Economy, Department of Agrarian Policies, Ferrovie dello Stato FS, Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori NTV, Great Britain's, United States' and Mexico's Embassies;

- with a fifteen minutes transports ride, Corso Street, Trevi Fountain, Portugal's Embassy;

- with a twenty minutes transports ride, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Condotti Street, Trastevere, Trajan's Market, Fori Imperiali, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Capitoline Museums, Quirinal Palace, Piazza del Popolo, Ghetto, Teatro dell'Opera, Auditorium Parco della Musica, Children Museums Explora;

Why can't I call Lidia (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Lidia (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lidia (the owner) a message.

If Lidia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
