The apartment is 85 square meters large and is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator). It is comfortable and fully furnished and it is the ideal place where you can relax after having visited all the famous historical and cultural spots in Rome. Once there, you will experience the real life of the Eternal City and do what Romans do in their everyday life!

The Lazio region
Latium is a very nice region. It offers many natural attractions with its lakes, the countryside, its beaches on the Mediterranean Sea. Nevertheless, if you wish to combine a cultural visit in Italy to unique natural tours we suggest you to plan a visit to the many archaeological Etruscan sites close to the Capital such as Tarquinia or Cerveteri or to one of the towns belonging to the Medieval period like Viterbo, the famous City of Popes.
Rome / Roma EUR area
Rome is by far one of the most famous cities of the world. It is not easy to list all the places to visit and the attractions it offers. You can have everyday a thematic tour: start with the Roman age and visit the Fori Imperiali, the Colosseum and the Catacombs, then discover Rome of the Baroque period with its fountains and its churches, but don't forget Rome of the Renaissance and the several noble palaces and gardens! Stop in one of the restaurants or "trattorie" that you will find walking in the narrow streets downtown and enjoy the Italian kitchen. At night, have a tour of the town: you will experience a different Rome with different colours and flavours... Be sure: once in Rome, you will never get bored!
How to get there
FROM LEONARDO DA VINCI AIRPORT Trains leave every thirty minutes from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini train station.
FROM TRAIN STATION ROMA TERMINI Take the underground Line B (blue colour direction Laurentina) and get off at Basilica S. Paolo station. (six stops from Termini; trains Monday to Friday: from 5,30 AM to 11,30 PM, Saturday from 5.30 AM to 12,30 PM.
Alternatively, you can take the bus n. 714 and get off at Via Cristoforo Colombo near the white building where the Telephone Company named 3 is located.
FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT Bus from airport to Roma Termini Station (www.terravisio.it)
BY CAR From the G.R.A. – Grande Raccordo Anulare- which is a sort of big ring of highway around Rome, take the exit Roma Eur leading on the dual carriageway called Cristoforo Colombo. (www.tuttocitta.it)

Further details indoors: The apartment is composed of: • a large entrance/living room equipped with sofa and TV (12 square meters); • a first bedroom (The Red Room - 17 square meters) with two single beds and eventual additional bed, a wardrobe, two writing desks and the comfort of an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet; • a wide bedroom (The Light Room - 32 square meters ) with two single beds, double wardrobe, two writing desks, a comfortable living area with double sofa bed and two armchairs; • a fully equipped kitchen with balcony (tools, linen, 4 ring stove, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, table and chairs); • a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Further details outdoors: Romeandyou apartment is strategically located near the underground station, so that you can reach the heart of the Eternal City in a few minutes. The area is very well served by public bus service too and has many restaurants and shops all around. This location allows you to go the Colosseum in a while and, once there, you can start exploring all the famous historical places of Rome. In the same area where the apartment is located there are three important museums, in one of them you can admire the ruines of an ancient Roman construction which has been recovered and brought back to light. It seems that this masterpiece fell down during its construction and, thanks to the experts' work, today it is visible in all its beauty.

Conditions
ADDITIONAL NOTES: 20% advance payment is required upon reservation. A deposit of € 150,00 is required upon check in. You can leave your luggage after 11,00 AM. Discounts for more than one week stay in low season.
