Home description

This apartment is a sunny, charming and comfortable pied-à-terre for enjoying long and short periods in Rome. Ideal for two or more persons. Located in an elegant palazzo / building from the 1800s in the very central Lungotevere Prati, just opposite the famous Ara Pacis archeological site, near to beautiful shops, restaurants, commerce (via del Corso and Spanish Steps area). I strongly suggest taking the ferry-boat on the river Tevere in order to visit the wonders of Rome from a different perspective. It is also wonderful to walk / run on the bank side along the river (15 min walking distance from the Tiberina Island in Trastevere). The nearest bus stop is at Piazza Cavour (2 min walking distance) and the metro / tube stop at Piazza di Spagna (10 min walking distance).
Interior description: 60 m2, quite, enchanting view on the courtyard and on typical Roman street, one bedroom, one living room, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. There is an XVIIIth century piano instrument in the living-room -- please be very careful.

Roman inhabitants have a great sense of humour. Rome is colourful, sunny and easy to visit. Please do take some time to study the opening-hours of Museums and Buildings. The building was conceived in the late XIX century as a holiday mansion with the view on the river. From this point of the city you can easily discover the whole historical centre. Great to jog early in the morning on the “Lungotevere” (the riverside) or at the park “il Pincio”, just off the Spanish Steps.

How to get there

Fly to Rome airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino) then 30 mins drive or 20 mins by train to Trastevere Train Station.
