The villa, built in typical 1920s “liberty” style, dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and it includes three elegant apartments, all provided with air conditioning, TV and antique furniture, glasswork from Murano and Persian.
Every Apartment has 2 rooms for 5 sleeps totals, kitchen, terrace, bath. Wide possibility of parking on classified road to the residents.
Some bicycles are available free for the guests of the residence. By booking in advance, it is possible to participate in several activities like horse riding, archery, surfing, canoeing, sailing. Guided visits to the Archaeological zones and trips around the roman countryside are also available. The Residence provides the guests with a beach on the roman seaside of Ostia (within a 3 kms distance).
