How to get there
Arriving by plane either airport Fuimicino or Ciampino for Rome will do. The apartment is located in a tree-ed upscale neighbourhood near Hotel Hermitage.
If arriving by train, aim for the bus station and take bus #360. A pleasant 10 minute ride and a 3 minute walk to via Vajna, just about next to Hotel Hermitage is the apartment.

Strolling through the quiet suburb you will enjoy the nearby park, and shops that cater to Roman residents. The architecture of villas and gardens are yours without the crowds. Nights on the balcony with a glass of wine and a view to the setting sun will prepare you for the galleries, museums, and exhilaration of central Rome.

Strolling this neighbourhood, I felt fortunate to experience Rome as a resident Trees, gardens, splendid architecture and the atmosphere of locals enhanced my understanding of the Rome behind the historical venues. A view to the present added to my understanding. The apartment was comfortable, the short bus ride relaxing after ploughing through streets and galleries all day.
