Hello everyone! I introduce myself, my name is Lorenzo. I wait for you in my delightful house situated in Rione Monti [Monti Quarter], right in the heart of the ancient Rome.

The flat is on a third floor in a historic building from the XIX century in Colosseum street n°23/a and, just outside the main entrance, you can admire, right in front of you, a beautiful sight over the Colosseum, the Arch of Costantine and - last but not least - the Imperial Forums. If you're not too amazed from the view to cross the threshold, you'll find inside a living room communicating with the kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner - microwave, toaster, boiler, crockery, cutlery, pots, cups, glasses -, and a comfortable table with chairs to eat in tranquillity. The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - the master one complete with all the necessary equipment, a shower and a hairdryer. There are also a LCD TV and Internet WiFi.

Colosseum street is a very quiet street and it is well connected to the rest of the city, indeed you can find the Colosseum stop of the metro (Line B) at a 50 m distance and lots of bus stops.

I wait for you to let you have a very good taste of true “Romanity” for your enjoyable holiday here in the Capital!

Greetings,

Lorenzo.

"Perfect location, great apartment"

We stayed here at the beginning of June, 4 children and 2 adults. The apartment is in a great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the Colliseum and various restaurants etc. The apartment is well kept and has all the amenities we needed for our stay as we were literally out and about all day. The people who met us for access were really friendly and the owner responded really quickly to any questions via text. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Lisa, hope to see you again. Bye Lorenzo

"Perfect apartment in the perfect location to see all Rome has to offer"

The apartment is in a lovely old building a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and of course the Colosseum. Very well equipped throughout with comfy beds and plenty of hot water for our party of five. Raquel took great care to ensure we knew where everything was and that we were happy, taxis were also arranged for us to and from the airport. Great quiet location, within walking distance of all amenities, would certainly stay again and recommend to friends.

Thank you, I am glad. Hope to see you again. Bye

"AVOID HOLIDAY LETTINGS"

Nice apartment. Outside was what I thought was an inadequate barrier over a deadly drop to the courtyard below. This is absolutely not an apartment for young children, or for drunken adults

But the whole experience was ruined by Holiday Lettings approach to security deposit refunds first of all insisting that ALL payments be made to them and not the owner, then insisting that only the owner could refund the security deposit. Over a month later, I am still waiting for this.

After your coming a family wrote "Previous review mentions height of a rail outside; this was not an issue for us at all as the rail was a normal height and I felt my children aged between 7-10 were safe at all times when staying here" as you can see the review.

About the payment deposit, now I don't ask anymore, and I refound you in 10 days after your leaving.

Hope to see you again.

A great apartment just a stone's throw from the Colloseum, perfectly suitable for our group of 5 adults, very clean with all the amenities we could need to make our stay enjoyable. Loved it.
