About the home

LOCATION: Within 10mins walking from the Coliseum and Roman Forum.
Perfectly connected to all areas of the city by public transport (bus and underground within 2 blocks).
The Moka Classic Apartment is in a PERFECT LOCATION in case you don't know the city.

APARTMENT: Two bedrooms: one with queen size bed, en suite and walk-in wardrobe; the second one is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be set up as 1 king size, the living room has a queen size sofa-bed (Ikea-free!) and a single seat bed (added in case of 7 guests); A second bathroom and the big furnished kitchen complete our charming apartment.

The furniture, the colors and the numerous details of the house itself are inspired to the MOCA, cult and design tool of the Italian genius.

We will be welcoming you at check-in, providing you all the info about the apt. and Rome (from transportation to the best restaurants and gelato places), giving you a virtual tour of Rome on the map.
Our guests will find guides inside the apts.
Our apt. are decorated with original art pieces inspired to the Italian design.
We speak English, French, Spanish, Portuguese (and Italian).
No elevator but short steps (and we help with luggage).
Housekeeping twice a week for a minimum of 6 nights stay.
Towel change every 3 nights.
Linen change every 4 nights.

Conditions

To confirm bookings we ask for a deposit (which depends on the length of the stay) via wire transfer or PayPal.
The outstanding amount is due cash upon arrival (or can be wired at least 1 week before the arrival date).
Deposit is refundable in case of cancellations up to 60days prior the arrival date.
50% of the outstanding amount is due if cancellation is done less than 30days prior the arrival date.
