Vacanze romane holidays is an apartment on the first floor of a building in the heart of Rome, in a strategic position to move easily, just a few steps from the subway station and the main bus to / from the city center. The area is called San Giovanni in Laterano ( Saint John Lateran)

Located in an area with many shops and close to the most important monuments. Coliseum at 15 minutes by walk

The 'APARTMENT' CONSISTS OF:

2 BEDROOMS :

-one with a double bed , wardrobe, tv and air conditioning

-one with a fold away double bed that can transform the room in a living room, tv and air conditioning.

-A full kitchen with all appliances (FRIDGE, FREEZER, MICROWAVE, WASHING MACHINE, KITCHEN WITH GAS OVEN, KETTLE, TOASTER)

-Bathroom with big shower

-Autonomous heating

The windows overlook on a typical roman courtyard of a luxury building as to ensure a stay calm.

Bed linen and towels are provided to guests and there is free wi-fi.

A few steps from the buildong is available a garage to be paid separately

5 meters from the building there are the main bus stops to / from the city center, also 200 meters from it, there is the metro line A.

Hi, I thank you for being in my house but I would have some clarifications to do: first of all I think all the beautiful reviews of the people who were at home before you are the best answer; hundreds of people before you have appreciated the home. The home can definitely improve, but I do not think it's as ugly and loud as you described it. We are in Rome and all live in very large buildings made up of so many inhabitants and many houses, it is absolutely normal that other people live their lives ( Like people walking, sneezing, coughing,phone ringing) and can make noises absolutely common. Maybe you're living in an isolated home but here in Rome it's different... you wrote that there is no living room in the house, exactly, the description of the house is very clear and there are photographs that accurately reflect the home, so what's the point in writing? The floor of the house is ancient and original, maybe some tile is not fixed well (I'll do it right away) but I do not think it's so important.Many people have appreciated it, they are personal tastes. The house has a bathroom, one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen that have been renovated 2 years ago, how can one say it needs to be renovated? there is an entire closet full of pillows, it sounds strange that you could not find a more comfortable pillows ... thanks for the advice but I can recommend something to you: when you write the reviews try to be more objective and truthful, I believe that in the home, as in all things, there are negative things and positive things that you have not even written. cheers.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location

Close to San Giovanni di Laterano and metro stop. Across the street from awesome seafood restaurant, Chiara Scuro! Apartment was very clean and AC worked great. Great value for the price.

Why can't I call Gabriele (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gabriele (the owner) a message.

If Gabriele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
