Home description

A fully independent mini studio apartment, consisting of a bedroom/living room with sleeper couch and a large bathroom with shower and bath. There is a large fridge. Large windows overlook a 400 meter private terrace.

You can afford to stay here and enjoy Rome in the privacy of your own little getaway. Why waste money on car rental and hotels when here you can stay with us for half the price of a hotel and spend the money you save shopping in one of the best cities in the world? Piazza di Spagna is just a few minutes away via bus.

The Lazio region

Rome is a fantastic city. It has very mild weather in the winter months and nice dry heat in the summer months. The historic centre of Rome, with the Roman Forum and the Vatican Museums is just 15 minutes by bus from the apartment.

The Catacombs and Pompey can all be visited via bookings at the American Express office in Piazza Di Spagna, as well as open air buses which tour the city all day long. Via Veneto is a 35 min walk from your apartment as is the great park of Villa Bhorgese and its new museum.

There are small restaurants and pizza places all around to choose from. You can save on food by cooking at home and you dont need to rent a car. Come visit the eternal city!

Rome / Parioli area

We are 15 minutes by bus to all the down town Rome historic locations and museums. The apartment is located in a quite clean and safe suberb, in fact, it's the best and most exlusive suberb in Rome!

There are shops and a grocery store right under your apartment. Most of our customers will visit the Vatican Museums, the Borghese Gardens, Via Veneto, Piazza Di Spagna, Trevi Fountain,Il Colloseum, Roman Forum etc....

Rome is not called the Etertnal City for nothing. And the best shopping in Rome is just 15 minutes away at Piazza di Spagna. A bargain hunter's dream is Porta Portese every Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm.

How to get there

Just a 20 min ride from Fumicino airport, you take a taxi or train from the airport to Rome central train station called Stazione Termine then its a 10 min via taxi or 20 mins with bus number 360 which goes to piazza delle Muse. but with luggage we recommend the 1st ride to be with a taxi. maximum from train station 12 euros and from airport 35 euros

A small pet is allowed and the apartment has a 400 meter terrace which is private. This is a very wonderful Attic where privacy is key, and very quiet. The owner lives next door so any questions or problems are handled in 5 minutes.

As we are a family of animal lovers, your pet is welcome. This is really a living room which at night you open the sleeper coutch and it becomes the bedroom. The bathroom is large. If your coming to eat out and shop, with what you save on hotels, this is the place for you. Rome has hundreds of great dining places.

Further details outdoors:
A wonderful 400 private terrace completely surrounds the apartment with a full garden of over 50 plants of all types. The apartment has stairs. There is a table outside to enjoy a quiet time.

If Airport or Train station pick up is needed you must specify and send e mail so preparations can be made. There is however taxi services which would cost 12 euros from train station and 35 euros from the airport
