The apartment is tastefully renovated (all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi) and has the most modern amenities including FLAT SCREEN TV 32 '' with satellite reception, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen with crockery and appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven/microwave combo, dishwasher and electric kettle). Availability of cot for children. It is located just minutes from the historic centre and a few steps from Via Veneto and the Spanish of Spain, in the heart of one of the most elegant and characteristic areas of Rome designed by the architect Gino Coppedè in 1915, in a quiet residential area perfect for children, surrounded by green parks of Villa Borghese, Villa Torlonia and Villa Ada among famous museums and historical, artistic and archaeological points of interest in the capital such as the Galleria Borghese, the MACRO (Museum of contemporary art of Rome) and the catacombs of Priscilla.

The apartment Coppedè can be easily reached by car because it is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in Rome and is well connected with the Fiumicino and Ciampino and Termini and Tiburtina train stations. Thanks to its central and strategic position, as well as numerous links to the public transport network and the Metro line B, meets the needs of all types of guest, from leisure, business or study. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
