Rome is full of famous monuments which you really can' t miss.... the colisseum, the Sistine Chapel, Saint Peter's basilica just to mention a few, but there is another side to Rome which is also worth discovering, for example the vibrant atmosphere in nearby Trastevere in the evening where you can stroll amongst the locals and get a delicious pizza or plate of pasta in one of the many characteristic restaurants. Or you can see the magical Roman skyline at the Gianicolo and then, when you have spent the whole day sightseeing, you can return home and relax with your friends and family in our flat where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is a home from home and we will be happy to help with any special requests or requirements you may have.

The Lazio region
Lazio and Rome are centres of Roman culture.Day trips from the city include Ostia Antica, the ancient Roman port; Cerveteri where you can see etruscan tombs; Tivoli,15 kms from Rome you can visit Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este with its famous fountains.Castelli Romani are famous for its wine production.
Rome's climate is very mild in the winter, temperatures rarely go below 0°centigrade. Autumn and spring are pleasant and summertime is hot.

10 minutes from st, Peter's square, the property is perfect for a medium sized party that wishes to explore Rome on foot. A car is not essential as everything is within easy reach. The area is full of characteristic restaurants, bars and take away food places. If you want to cook yourself, there is a grocer's just around the corner.
The ideal place to immerse yourself in history but you can also reach a fantastic shopping area in a couple of minutes where you will find many stylish shops. There are plenty of places where you can stroll and enjoy the atmosphere, listen to live music, enjoy a drink and soak in the unique atmosphere of this truly remarkable city.
How to get there
Budget airlines Ryanair and Easyjet both fly to Rome. There are two airports in Rome both have cheap, regular transport services to and from the city centre.
Once in the city you can take the underground or a bus to the apartment which is very well connected as it is very close to St.Peter's Basilica.
If you don't feel like taking public transport we would be happy to arrange a taxi pick up for you at about Euro 40 - 50.

Further details outdoors: You will find everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Easy to reach most of Rome's tourist destinations on foot or by public transport. We are always on hand for any requests or help that you may need.
We are a few minutes away from the most important shopping streets in Rome : Via del Corso and Via Cola di Rienzo. You will find everything from high street stores to famous Italian brand names.If you wish, we can book tours for you or book tickets for the weekly papal audience. Just contact us.

Weekly lets from Saturday to saturday , dates are flexible according to availability .Check in is at 2pm and check out 1030am. Key pick up will be arranged before the arrival or for late arrival Key will be collected from our main desk in San Pietro roooms, viale Giulio Cesare, 62 Rome, a short walk from the property.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
