Dear guest.
Thanks for your great review and for all the kind words of appreciation for our work and about the apartment.
I'm really sorry for the washing machine misunderstanding. It's all my fault. The washing machine is fully functional but i've forgot to explain how to use it. The scotch tape that you have found on one of the control knobs refers only to the drying function of the washer, which we prefer not to use because of the high power consumption of the drying program. Thanks also for the suggestions regarding the armchair. We plan to buy one as soon as possible. Hope to have you again our valued guest.
Best regards

"It felt like home, only in Rome."

This was our third tiem in Rome and it was enhanced by the comfort of Alice in Trastevere. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. We cooked every night we were there - enjoying the availability of wonderful vegetables and fruits from the local stores and markets. It was a nice way to end busy days filled with walking and drinking in the beauty of Rome. Andrea was an added gem in the arrangement. His interest in our needs was so genuine and made us feel as if we were visiting a relative. He took all the time that we wanted to answer questions about the apartment an the community of Trastevere, made recommendations about restaurants, provided maps, arranged transportation to the airport., checked in by text to ensure that everything was working. We will definately return to Alice in Trastevere.
