Linen and towels provided. Set on the first floor. Several shops, artisans, typical caracteristics Restaurants, Pubs, Pizzerias, Trattorias, Supermarket nearby.

Conditions

Cancellation policy: 30% deposit payable at booking. This deposit is non-refundable; the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates. The rest of the rent is due on arrival in the flat.
The tenant is obliged to give comunication of any damages caused, as the apartment has to be given back in order, as it was on arrival. No cleaning service during your stay (it can be organised in addition), but the flat will be in perfect order. Linen cleaning is all included.

First of all Rome, then Viterbo, Frosinone, Latina and Rieti.
A life time is not enough to visit Rome. So start as soon as possible. Vicolo Orbitelli cannot be more adapt!!
A romantic one bedroom apartment for 4 people, in the heart of Rome. A living with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed, a small Kitchen completely equipped, a bathroom with shower. A/c, Tv, Dvd player, Cd, washing machine, microwave.
This comfortable and quiet apartment has been recently restored and renovated.
The apartment is located in the very city center, just near Piazza Campo dè Fiori, one of the most fascinating and trendy areas of Rome. The majority of the most important monuments and historical sites are within a walking distance: Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Largo di Torre Argentina, the Tiberina island, the Vatican. 
To arrive at the apartment from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport take the train or the bus heading for Stazione Termini. Then take the bus number 64 or 40 express and get off at the last stop of Corso Vittorio, walk for 50 meters and you'll arrive at the apartment.

Located in the heart of the old city, Roma’s most picturesque market is also its most historical. A market has been held in this beautiful piazza for many centuries. Despite its name, which would lead you to expect a flower market, the name derives from Campus Florae (Flora’s square)—Flora was the lover of the great Roman general Pompey.
Campo dei Fiori Market
Every morning except Sunday, you can purchase fruit, vegetables, meat, poultry and fish. There are also flower stalls near the fountain. The excellent delicatessens on the square and bread shops nearby complement the market.

Porta Portese Market
Visit Trastevere’s Sunday morning flea market where you can purchase anything from antiques to art.

Antique Fair (Fiera dell’Antiquariato)
Antique fairs that take place in the Via dei Coronari; the first starts in the second half of May and the second occurs in mid-October or late September. It’s memorable at night when lighted torches line the carpeted street. Look for leatherwork, jewellery, and other gifts.

Via Margutta Art Fair
Usually takes place around Christmas and in the spring, and is set in one of the most charming and exclusive streets in Rome (Roma).

Christmas Fair
A traditional Christmas Fair held in Piazza Navona from mid-December until January 6 with stalls selling claystatues for nativity scenes and sweets that look like pieces of coal.

Via Giulia
Hosts art fairs occasionally and is open evenings when the antique and art galleries stay open late and also offer food and wine to all visitors.

I so much enjoyed my stay at vicolo orbitelli. The apartment is cosy and comfortable. It’s decorated with taste and has everything one needs. The owner was very helpful and friendly. As for the location, it was fantastic – it doesn’t get more central than that. I almost didn’t need to use public transport.
I very much hope to return one day!

Mes parents sont rentres enchantes de leur sejour a Rome. Ils ont
beaucoup aime votre appartement. Je leur ai demande de me faire un
compte rendu objectif. Ils m'ont dit que l'appartement etait tres joli
et bien decore, que la cuisine etait un peu petite mais que ca n'etait
pas important parce qu'a Rome on mange dehors. Ils ont aussi dit que
l'appartement etait tres calme la nuit, et idealement situe pour les
personnes qui veulent visiter le Vatican.
Ils ont dit que votre francais etait tres bon. Ils vous ont comprise
sans probleme, et ont beaucoup apprecie votre hospitalite et
l'attention que vous leur avez portes. Ils vous remercient beaucoup.
Voila. Moi aussi je vous remercie. Grace a vous mon cadeau de Noel a
ete un succes ! Je vous recommanderai a tous ceux qui autour de moi

"Bonito, agradable y en una zona tranquila, este apartamento está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos andando del Castillo de San Angelo y de la Plaza de San Pedro, 10 minutos de la Plaza Campo di Fiori (mercado todos los días) y también del resto de lugares emblemáticos, Plaza Navona, Panteón, Fontana di Trevi, e incluso el animado barrio de Transtevere. Para los no caminantes, hay una parada de autobús casi a la puerta de casa. El apartamento, muy luminoso, y bien estructurado tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, se ajusta totalmente a lo descrito en el anuncio. Cabe destacar la acogida y atención que nos brindó su propietaria, Maria Luisa, antes, durante y después: encantadora. Lo recomiendo. Beautiful, pleasant and in a calm zone, this apartment is very well placed, at 5 minutes walking of the Castle of San Angelo and of the Square of San Pedro, 10 minutes of the Square Campo de Fiori (market every day) and also of the rest of emblematic places, Square Navona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, and even the cheerful neighborhood of Transtevere. For the not walkers, there is a bus stop almost at the door. The apartment, very luminous, and well structured, has the necessary to enjoy the stay. Also notable is the reception and attention that its owner, Maria Luisa, offered to us before, during and afterwards: charming. I recommend it. Beau, agréable et en une zone tranquille, cet appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes a pied du Château de San Angelo et de la Place de San Pedro, 10 minutes de la Place Campo de Fiori (marché tous les jours) et aussi du reste de lieux emblématiques, Place Navona, Panthéon, Fontana di Trevi, et même l''animé quartier de Transtevere. Pour les non pas voyageur à pied, il y a un arrêt d''autobus presque à la porte de la maison. L''appartement, très lumineux, et bien structuré il a tout le nécessaire pour passer une sejour agréable, il s''ajuste totalement à décrit à l''annonce. On peut mettre en évidence l''accueil et attention que sa propriétaire, Maria Luisa, nous a offerte avant, pendant et après : charmante. Je le recommande. "

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Roma. Your
apartment was very comfortable and location was so convenient for us to
visit the places we wanted to see. Roma is an amazing city with so much
monuments ancient, old and new, it was quite overwhelming. We wish we could
have stayed for a month rather than a week.

Electric bus passes the door. Major bus stops a stones throw away, a small grocer within walking distance. This is brilliant position for seeing the major 20 sights of Rome. We walked over the bridge to St Peters
in the evening, so easy to do, to enjoy its grandeur in the quiet.Rome is very busy, so really nice to be able to get back and put your feet up so quick
A HIDDEN GEM OFF OF VIA GUILIA

This is a hidden gem in the Campo de Fiori area. On a short quiet alley very near necessary bus stops, supermarket, cafes, shops, and the beautiful Via Guilia.
The flat is spotlessly clean and quite large with tall windows in the living room with nice comfortable furniture.
The bedroom is very nice with a very big size closet with built in dresser and storage.
The bathroom is well equipped with a huge tub equipped with a shower also. There is a window in the bathroom also.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans, stove, microwave, fridge, cabinets, and spices and oil and other foodstuffs. The kitchen has a nice washing machine.
The flat is VERY quiet and a nice area just off of Via Guilia which makes for a pleasant stroll anytime day or night.

This apartment is perfectly located, a short walking distance to many key sites and just around the corner from major bus stops. Good shops and restaurants are nearby as well as the market at Campo Fiori.
The kitchen was tiny yet it worked fine. The living room and bedroom were spacious, comfortable and quiet.
The owner arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and this was definitely a good deal.
We recommend this apartment.
