Located in the heart of Rome at the corner of via Giulia, areas of antiques dealers and art galleries, Vicolo Orbitelli is a very well connected little street, close to the most remarkable of the roman artistic and touristic sites. Some of the most beautiful places of Rome are very close and easy to join by buses or walking. Dozen of buses stop in short distance, 500 m from Saint Peter and Vatican, hart of cristianity. Walking distance from Piazza Navona and the Bernini fountain, Campo dei Fiori and its caracteristic market, Piazza Farnese with the famous palazzo and hundred little charming details to notice in the narrow street of the "Eternal Town"... .

Conditions
Cancellation policy: 20% deposit payable at booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days before the rental; thereafter, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates. If a cancellation is made during the 10 days before your arrival,the deposit will be lost. The rest of the rent is due on arrival in the flat. There is a telephon line (no international and mobile call)if you ask for it (computer, ecc) but its 50 € plus consuming (0,15 € tel unit). Electricity is calculate by unit in winter (november to april) (0,30€) The tenant is obliged to give comunication of any damages caused, as the apartment has to be given back in order, as it was on arrival. No cleaning service during your stay (it can be organised in addition), but the flat will be in perfect order. Linen cleaning is all included.
