About the home

This charming and refined apartment in the heart of Borgo Vittorio, is situated a short walk from Piazza San Pietro. The borough 'Borgo' has been declared a cultural heritage site to be preserved.

The apartment is on the second floor of a historical building on three floors, and has a surface of 62 square meters. It has been recently refurnished with the utmost care and includes independent heating, air conditioning, a telephone line, WI FI, three LCD TVs, DVD, and a stereo with I POD compatibility.

It is tastefully furnished, some of the furniture being original eighteenth-century.
It includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large closet; the living room, for four people, has a comfortable convertible sofa for two; the bathroom comprehends with a large shower and a hydro-massage equipped bathtub; the kitchen has all the modern comforts.

The apartment is also very safe, providing safe fire doors, burglar alarm, and all the appropriate security measures for fires and gas.
Quality linen will be provided and the apartment cleaned daily.
The requested price a day for either two or four people is 190 euros for all periods and seasons.

Our apartment is situated in the heart of Rome, that many people say : the finest city of the world.The ancient Roman monuments like the Colosseo and the Foro, the Christian basilicas, the Vaticano city with the St. Peter’s Cathedral, the most famous churches, the renaissance buildings, the celebrated fountains and squares, the museums with the best of ancient and modern art, are only Rome’s climate is very fine.

Mild in the winter, delight in the spring and in autumn, hot ( but not too hot) in the summer is another aspect of the city.
