The apartment is located at the heart of Rome. Even if you spend only few days in Rome, it will be very important to stay in the centre, so that you can pleasantly and in short time get to all the places of tourist interest. The house is near the famous via Veneto and 3 minutes on foot from Villa Borghese park.

Walking gently along via Veneto, you will get to Piazza Barberini and the near and enchanting Spanish Steps. A short walk along the most beautiful streets and squares in the heart of Rome and you are in via del Corso, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. Thanks to the underground, from the near Spanish Steps you will be in a moment in Saint Peter Square, Vatican Museum, Colosseum and Roman Forum. You will enjoy Rome from a very privileged position.

THE APARTMENT is inside an elegant "art nouveau residence", built by the famous architect Giulio Magni: an ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in a comfortable and romantic environment. The building is destination of foreign and Italian tourists. In the past many famous people stayed there, such as Federico Fellini.

On the ground floor is an elegant room of ownership of the building and the living-room of our apartment with a double divan bed, sofa and a well-fitted cooking-corner, gathered inside a cupboard.

The house can accomodate until 6 people. Furnishings are sober and modern. Air-conditioning is everywhere; tv, hi-fi, internet Wi-Fi (free). You will have wide, well-cared and comfortable spaces at your's disposal, of ownership of the building, as well as a garden and a big balcony with beach-umbrella and tables to eat in the open and enjoy an extraordinary view on the Mura Aureliane.

To arrive at home I suggest you some different ways.

1) From the Fiumicino Airport take thebus Terravision (€ 4 for people) or 'Leonardo express' train (€ 14 for people) to the main station (stazione Termini); then take one of the following bus-lines until 'Via Po' stop: 86, 319, 360, 910. You are arrived.

2) Take a taxi. € 48 from Fiumicino airport. € 30 from Ciampino airport.

Check-in is between 2 pm and 9 pm, but other times can be arranged.

For check-in later we ask a refund, please:

- check-in from 9 pm to 12 pm: € 30

- check-in after 12 pm: € 50

The Lazio region

Lazio is one of the 20 administrative regions of Italy, situated in the central/southern peninsular section of the country. Lazio is the third most populated and the second richest region of Italy. It includes Rome, capital and largest city of Italy.

The Italian word Lazio descends from the Latin word "Latium". The name of the region also survives in the tribal designation of the ancient population of Latins, Latini in the Latin language spoken by them and passed on to the city-state of Ancient Rome.
