"Santa Cecilia" apartment is located IN THE HEART OF ROME, in the pedestrian area of Via del Corso, a short walk from the famous jewels of the Renaissance and ancient Rome (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon). Even if you spend only few days in Rome, it will be very important to stay in the centre, so that you can pleasantly and in short time get to all the places of tourist interest. Walking through the picoresque streets, among the glories of ancient Rome and the charm of the Renaissance, you can easily reach the 'Spanish steeps', or Roman Forum and Colosseum, or Piazza Navona and Saint Peter Square. Even the less central area, like Trastevere, are easily accessible. You will enjoy Rome from a very privileged position.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities (Italy), with elevator. From the windows of the apartment you will enjoy the sight of the pedestrian zone of 'Via del Corso', until the obelisk of 'Piazza del Popolo'. It is comprised of a living room with sofas, double bedroom, single bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. It features air conditioning, TV, stereo system and washing machine. Its wonderful frescoed walls in the living room, dating back to the early XX century, high decorated ceilings, excellent antique furnishing and high quality parquet floors complete this excellent apartment, a masterpiece among our luxury rentals.

To arrive at home I suggest you some different ways.

1) From the Fiumicino Airport take Terravision bus (€ 4 for people) or 'Leonardo express' train (€ 14 for people) to the main station (stazione Termini); then take metro line 'A' until 'Spagna' stop. You will be 5 minutes away from the apartment.

2) Take a taxi. € 48 from Fiumicino airport. € 30 from Ciampino airport.

Check-in is between 2 pm and 9 pm, but other times can be arranged.

For check-in later we ask a refund, please:

The Lazio region

Lazio is one of the 20 administrative regions of Italy, situated in the central/southern peninsular section of the country. Lazio is the third most populated and the second richest region of Italy. It includes Rome, capital and largest city of Italy.

The Italian word Lazio descends from the Latin word "Latium". The name of the region also survives in the tribal designation of the ancient population of Latins, Latini in the Latin language spoken by them and passed on to the city-state of Ancient Rome.

Rome

Walking through the streets and squares near 'Via del Corso' amongst the glories of ancient Rome (Pantheon, Roman Forum, Colosseum) and the charm of the Renaissance (Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Saint Peter Square) you'll find everything you could want in terms of shops, boutiques, museums , typical restaurants, trattorias and 'pizzerie'.

The flat is especially appreciated by those who love the charm of antiquity, art and history, but also by those who want to live a stay comfortable and informal... In the heart of the ancient Rome.

You will enjoy Rome from a very privileged position.

Rome is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is an open-air museum and does not need any introduction.

Over 16% of the world's cultural heritage are in Rome (70% in Italy).
