Prestigious , bright 3 bedroom apartment ,situated in the heart of the bustling fashionable area of Rione Monti, close to all amenities, bang in the centre of Rome. Full of characteristic restaurants and wine bars.
Just a moment away from Imperial Rome as well as from, Via Nazionale ideal for shopping, and the unforgettable Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish steps. All within walking distance.

The 4th floor flat with lift, boasts a magnificent private 50 sqm terrace ( 1 floor up ) , with the view of Imperial Rome and the Colosseum, ideal for basking in the sun and sipping a wonderful aperitif at sunset. The apartment has wi fi access.

The apartment opens on to a lovely dining area with a large 10 seat rectangular antique table adjacent to the lounge area with a double sofabed. The ceilings are affrescoed dating back to the 18th century.

The Lazio region

Rome is surrounded by towns and villages in Lazio’s scenic such as the famous Castelli Romani or the beautiful nearby sea resorts, open countryside all of which are within easy reach.

North of Rome lie the beautiful lakes of Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. The unspoilt countryside around Lake Bolsena in particular is certainly worth visiting. The largest town in this area is Viterbo, which is historic and has a lovely, well-preserved medieval centre. Other picturesque towns near Rome include Bagnoregio, Tuscania, Vulci and Tarquinia. The latter two house impressive Etruscan ruins.

South of Rome the landscape is sun-baked and parched, in contrast to the green rolling hills north of the capital. Here, Lake Albano and the Albano Hills are possibly the most attractive areas, featuring picturesque towns such as Palestrina and Frascati. Lazio also has a 60-mile coast, with attractive resorts such as Sperlonga, Nettuno and Anzio. Just off the coast are the beautiful cluster of Pontine Islands.

It can be reached easily from the main train station of Termini by taking the underground Line B (Laurentina direction) for one stop and getting off at Via Cavour stop. When exiting the underground you will already find yourself a few minutes away from Rione Monti area. It is a 5 min taxi journey.

If arriving by plane at the airport of Leonardo da Vinci- Fiumicino you can catch the train for Termini Railway station and catch the underground Line B (Laurentina direction ) and get off after one stop at Via Cavour stop.
If you arrive at Ciampino Airport you can catch a bus to Termini Railway station and then catch the underground Line B (direction Laurentina) for one stop to Via Cavour stop.

The central railway station of Termini is only five minutes away by taxi or one stop on line underground line B Via Cavour stop.

The Colosseum, the Spanish steps,the Trevi Fountain, Pzza del Popolo and St Peter’s are easily reachable on foot or by bus or with the Line A underground.

“Location Supurb!! Excellent apartment” The apartment was very spacious and spotless. The location was within walking distance to almost all the main attactions. It is on a quiet street.There were plenty of places to eat in the neighboorhood. The owner was very easy to deal with and gave us a map and helped us with directions. She also arranged for a car to take us to the airport. I would stay here again.
