Spacious and cosy apartment fit to accommodate up to eleven people; there are 3 large bedrooms where are also extra beds and sofa beds available. The apartment is located on two levels: the ground floor offers a comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a lounge with dining table, two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and a double sofa bed, another with a double bed, a single bed and one single sofa bed; there are two bathroom..

The first floor has a second bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a single bed a wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower. The flat is very quiet because it opens on a lovely green courtyard far from the road.
Heating and air conditioning. The recent renovation unveils the original ceilings and walls of red brick that make this flat unique.

The San Lorenzo district is not far from Termini station and nearby "La Sapienza" University where life is pleasant day and night.
