1 - Please call us upon arrival to the number (0039) 347 957 7179 to schedule an appointment with one of our staff members in our office.2 - According to the Italian Law, it is required that you bring photocopies made of the passports or ID cards if European citizen for every person staying in the apartment (Italian Law).3- Total amount in Euros is payable upon arrival at the office. At the time of check-in we will require credit card guarantee for damages done to the apartment during the time of stay.4 - We would appreciate if only one or two people come up to the office with the photocopies and cash (there are residents in the building so please be considerate with the noise). This will make the check-in faster and easier.5 - The Office is in Via Torino 135. Ring buzz "ApartmentsApart" .

Once entered, please go to the Right stairs “A” right beside the metal bars and up to the 1st floor. Check-in and checkout hours: The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). The fee will be waved if you have the taxi pick-up service arranged through our company. In such cases you will be taken directly to the apartment, and the next day you will be asked to come to our office at 10:00 AM to make the payments. It is vital that we are informed of your approximate arrival time in Rome.During your check in you: a) fill in our guest form, b) facilitate the payment c) receive your keys and a map with instructions on how to get to your apartment.

For high season dates, such as Christmas, New Year's and Easter the minimum stay in our apartments is 7 nights.

The Lazio region

Lazio is the west central region of Italy formerly known by its Roman name, Latium. With so much investment, jobs and tourism concentrated in Rome, the surrounding region is often quiet, depopulated and rather run-down. For tourists, the good side of this is the tracts of unspoiled countryside, the dilapidated but surviving historic town centres, and the welcome you may receive. Tourists are rare creatures in many of Lazio's smaller towns, and once locals realise you are interested in their hometown they are generally delighted.

Go for a day trip outside Rome to Tivoli, an historic hilltown situated on the river Aniene. Tivoli's two most famous tourist attractions are the magnificent gardens of the Villa d'Este and the extensive ruins of Hadrian's Villa (known as the Villa Adriana).

Rome enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate. Summers (from June to September) are hot and dry with temperatures often soaring to 37°C. Winter tends to be moderate, at least by northern European standards, with temperatures averaging around 10°C to 15°C between December and February. Spring (March to June) and early autumn (September and October) are the best times to visit Rome, with lovely blue skies and mild temperatures.

By some described as the world’s largest open air museum, Rome will keep you busy for days, weeks or years – it’s up to you. You can decide to follow the typical tourist paths or you can be luck or brave enough to go off the usual tracks. One way or the other, Rome will seduce you and it will hardly leave you indifferent.

Spend your time sightseeing and try to see all the architectural wonders, sitting in cafes watching people walk past for a whole day, try out the shopping and this shopping mecca will empty your wallet or simply stroll through the romantic alleys in Travestere with someone special.

If only a few days in Rome, make sure not to miss out the Vatican and St Peter’s Basiclia including the Vatican Museum, Forum Romanum and the Colosseum , the Spanish Steps and finally throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain and wish to be back.
