TRANSPARENCY - CLEANLINESS - ATTENTIVINESS

-No hidden fees ( 4 euros per day for council tax are included).

- The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished (all new), including sheets and towels.

- As a landlord I try to be very attentive and make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful districts in Rome, a few steps away from Maxxi Museum and Parco della Musica Auditorium and just a few minutes from the central Piazza del Popolo, connected through a fast tram (line 2).

Via Pietro da Cortona is a very safe street: it ends with a stairway, therefore there is no crossing traffic.

CHARACTERISTICS

The apartment, very bright, is located on the first floor of a 1935 building, famous for being the set of the motion picture “Bicycle Thieves” by Vittorio De Sica.

The apartment looks onto a private street and it's quiet. The district is safe and opposite the windows of the apartment there is a Carabinieri station.

Since it's a historic building, to enter it it's necessary to go up a 4 step stairway. It's therefore not suitable for people on wheel chairs.

The apartment has a king size bed 180x200 cm. (that can be divided in two 90x200 cm. single beds)

Recently renovated, the electrical system has been executed according to current regulations.

The Lazio region

The apartment is located in Rome, Lazio. Many people go in Lazio only to see Rome. Lazio has many other places to see. I suggest visiting the many beautiful little cities near Rome, like Sutri, Frascati, Tivoli and Viterbo. Lazio is in the middle of Italy. From Rome, by train, it is easy going to Florence ( 1 hour) and Naples (1 hour) . Other cities are quite easy to reach either by train or by plane. By train in 3hours-4hours ( depending on the trains) you can go to Milano and Venice and in 2 hours and half to Bologna. By plane you can go to all the major italian cities in about an hour.

Rome

The apartment is located in Flaminio area, one of the most beautiful districts of the Eternal City.

The apartment is a few steps away from Maxxi Museum and Parco della Musica Auditorium and just a few minutes from the central Piazza del Popolo, connected through a fast tram (line 2).

Via Pietro da Cortona is a very safe street: it ends with a stairway, therefore there is no crossing traffic.

"Great place to stay while exploring Rome"

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area in Rome - but easy to get everywhere by bus, train or cab. Spacious and well appointed - the rooms are large, the furnishings new and the apartment building very safe. The landlord is very attentive to your needs and is helpful in your travel arrangements.
