About the home

The Foresteria villa is a recently restored farmhouse residence with 5 bedrooms each with its own en suite full bathroom.On the ground floor there is a large double salon with fireplace, dining room, studio TV room, professionally equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. All rooms have a nice view onto the park. There are two covered outside patios for "all fresco" dining.

Only guests listed on the booking form and who have registered may stay in the apartment. The houses must be delivered and left clean and in order. It is absolutely forbidden to play loud music or dance on the grass, display fireworks or make noises that could disturb the peace of Torretta or frighten the wild animals.
All costs which are considered extra as stated in the House Rules, and any damage to furniture and fittings shall be reimbursed to the Proprietor in cash no later than the check out day. The Proprietor shall otherwise be entitled to withhold all or any part of the Security Deposit until all extra costs are reimbursed by Paypal or direct Euro bank transfer to the bank account he will nominate. to avoid unannounced visits of the foxes, litter cannot stay outside overnight and must be deposited in the green tanks just outside the property gates on Via della Pisana.

Coming from FCO intl airport: by train, stop at Ponte Galeria, bus 808 stop at Todis (property gate) or by taxi approx.40€ for 12 minutes drive.
Car not necessary at the property, bus 881 join St Peter in 16min.Via Giulia in 24min
If you have a car instead of wings, “Torretta” is easy to reach right off GRA Exit 33/32 Via della Pisana, turn right off the ramp and follow another 2.5 kms along Via della Pisana going TOWARD the city centre.
The gates of the property will be on the left hand side 0.5 km after you pass the Ford Car Point. A tall lone pine marks the spot. Directly across the street from the gates the address is Via della Pisana, 405.
