"Good location but too expensive."

The apartment was bright, clean and warm. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. There was a problem with the door-lock that took them an afternoon and a morning to fix. That was unpleasant, because we couldn't relax. Also there is only a small kitchen-surely not enough for 8 people- to eat. There is no living-room. If it was cheapper we would recomment it to friends.

Dear Friends, Thank you for the kind works about our apartment and we are very pleased that you enjoyed the rooms. Please accept our deepest apologies for the door lock as the previous guests had lost one of the keys and we wanted to replace it immediately to insure your safety and security. The apartment is very spacious as you mentioned and can comfortably host up to 6 people which is the number that we recommend. We were not aware that you had invited other guests and we would have been pleased to arrange a larger dining table and help accommodate your guests. We always offer a convenient prices for the excellent quality of our apartments. The prices in Rome on New Year’s Eve are clearly higher than the rest of the year. We would be pleased to welcome you back at a discounted rate in low season. We enjoy providing our guests a truly authentic Roman experience by sharing our city and culture and doing everything possible to make it a special trip. Kind regards, Alessandra and Rosalba

"Perfect Location of the flat for visiting whole centre of Rome and Vatican City"

The great thing is this appartement is in very quiet place, residentiel, secured area just 10 mns walking away of the Vatican City. We were most of the day walking as 10 mns after Vatican, we were already in the heart of Roma, at Piazza Navona, and all small streets very animated from afternoon to evening with hundred of restaurants and gelaterias..... Location was perfect for taking the metro, station Cipro was just 7 minutes walking, and could travelled litte around to Park of Borghese, Coliseo, Termini. Our stay was only 7 days full in Rome and it was very pleasant. The patio we walking through from the gate to the flat was also very nice, make us very confortable from the first day. We did have also a good welcome even we arrived very late as our flight has been postponed of 2 hours to late evening. Our host help to understand also the prior booking for museums which is very special to Roma, especially in suchtouristic season. Really, it was really good and reccomand for familly (we were 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 child) to contact Allessandra Veronini if you wish coming to Roma, her friendly contact and her appartement location are made for you, I am sure.
