La Tenuta San Bernardino is a beautiful countryhouse with private fenced garden and parking.
Indoors there are a living with great view, fully equipped kitchen, one doble bedroom with private bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. A double sofabed available in the living room.
Outside there is a covered terrace for outdoor meals from where you have a breathtaking view over the Braccianolake and countryside.

The Lazio region
La Tenuta San Bernardino is close to Rome, only 45 minutes drive, or if you prefer reachable with public transport. There is a very good train connection from the other two towns around the lake, Anguillara and Bracciano.
Trevignano is an ideal starting poit for trips to the Etruscan towns like Cerveteri and Tarquinia. The beautiful medieval town of Viterbo is only 30 minutes drive.
Other nice trips: Tivoli with Villa Adriana, Caprarola, Calcata, Orvieto. It is even possible to make daytrips to Florence, Siena, Perugia, Montepulciano and more.
Rome Lake District / Lake Bracciano area
La Tenuta San Bernardino is located about 6 km from the small town of Trevignano which is directly situated at the Bracciano lake. The town offers a various selection of good small restaurants, coffee bars, small shops and supermarket.
The crystal clear water of the lake gives you the opportunity of all watersports, like swimming, sailing, canoe and water biking.
Close to Trevignano there are several pads for long walks in nature.
How to get there
Fly to Rome, airports Fiumicino and Ciampino. Airport Ciampino has low cost flights with Ryanair.
