This is an ideal base for a family or a couple seeking a quiet rural location to explore the surrounding areas, located in a traditional Spanish village, with 2 bars, 2 restaurants, general store, bakery and butcher within easy walking distance. Because this is not a tourist area, you can buy a glass of wine for 0.70cents!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alicante Province can be found to the south east of Spain, with vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches. The Spanish coastal town of Torrevieja is situated about 30 miles south of Alicante, in the region known as the Costa Blanca (White Coast).

The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round sunshine. Temperatures reaching 35°C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15°C.

The Costa Blancas is favoured for holiday homes and second homes by the Spanish themselves and offers a healthy Mediterranean climate and all year round sunshine fanned by cooling sea breezes.

A lovely beach at Guardamar with its long promenade, approx 10 mins drive from Heredades. Quiet undeveloped beaches are also available at either end of the town with local car parking in the dunes.

The Rojales / Heredades, Rojales area

A quiet, rural location, where you can really experience Spanish life. Nearest golf course on your doorstep, three more within 30 mins drive.

A large supermarket is just 5 mins drive. Just a short 5 or 10 minute drive, are a multitude of restaurants in Benijofar and Almoradi. Guardamar, with a beautiful and long sandy beach is just 10 minutes drive. La Finca Golfcourse is 15 minutes drive.
