FIRST YEAR RENTING This Luxury independent villa, with own private pool and gardens, in a quarter of an acre of gardens. Located in a very quiet area, this villa has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbecue and a tennis court.
Entering the villa from the side terrace you will come in to a large Court yard, with a table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco. Leading through double doors to a spacious Lounge, with open fire place TV DVD, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. Leading on to a modern kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker.
The spacious dining area has dinnig table and six chairs. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms one with en suite bathroom all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large family bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large sun terrace leading to an 12X5 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs and sun loungers.
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbecue, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a restaurant.
Less than 15 minutes drive away : Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, a sports centre, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.
Less than 45 minutes drive away : Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, historic sites, a themepark.
Guardamar, boasts some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca, and is just a few minutes drive. The historical city of Elche is known for its leather goods, and is only 20 minutes drive.
With 340 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 degrees. Located next to the mouth of the River Segura, Guardamar overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the Land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea. The forest parkland of the Dunas de Guardamar, with over 800 hectares running parallel to the coast, is a wonder in a class of its own.
Rojales area
It has a quiet location with excellent residential neighbours, yet is only a 10 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
If you prefer to stay by the pool, the owners have provided plenty of poolside games and activities The large front and rear terraces, surrounded by Palm and fruit trees, is ideal for evening meals, in the summer the sun sets there at around 10 in the evening It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park 3 or 4 cars.
The area surrounding Fincas de la Vega has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee).
The nearest large town is Ciudad Quesada 5 minutes drive - with a good range of shops bars and restaurants, two weekly market at Rojales and Benijofar plus. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia - Villa La Marquesa is just 30 minutes drive from either of these airports. Take advantage of our own airport transfers, special rates for our guests. Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Ryanair, Bmibaby, to Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire available from www.dickmannscarhire.com. Special rates and conditions for our guests ie no excess, QUOTE agency 47 Local buses run regularly between the major towns and beaches of Torrevieja and Guardamar Del Segura. Our shuttle service is always available - fare should be no more than 20 euros for around trip.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
Further details outdoors: The Tennis court is communal on site. The garden is around an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The huge solarium has sun all day. The terraces at the rear of the house are ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day.
