About the home

This Luxury independent villa, with own private pool and gardens, in a quarter of an acre of gardens. Located in a very quiet area, this villa has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbecue and a communal tennis court.

Entering the villa from the side terrace you will come in to a large Court yard, with a table and 6 chairs for dining alfresco. Leading through double doors to a spacious Lounge, with open fire place TV DVD, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. Leading on to a modern kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker.

The spacious dining area has dining table and six chairs. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms one with en suite bathroom all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large family bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large sun terrace leading to an 12X5 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs and sun loungers.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbecue, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :
The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment :
The villa has television video, DVD player. The music system will play CDs.

Eating & living :
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Further details outdoors:
The Tennis court is communal on site. The garden is around an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The huge solarium has sun all day. The terraces at the rear of the house are ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day.

Conditions

All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.

Smoking is not allowed in this villa. however the owners do not mind smoking in the outside areas.

Out and About
Car hire is recomended, and we can arrange this for you, however there are shops, bars , and restaurants within walking distance, and the quaint Spanish town of Rojales with its interesting cave houses and weekly street market is only a few minutes drive, also the spanish village of Benijofar with a weekly street market selling fresh home grown produce, is only a few minutes drive. The area surrounding La Marquesa Villa has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (Garry can arrange special discounts for golfers). Located next to the mouth of the River Segura, Guardamar overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the Land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea.
The forest parkland of the Dunas de Guardamar, with over 800 hectares running parallel to the coast, is a wonder in a class of its own.

The Rojales area

Situated in a quiet location with excellent residential neighbours.
The area surrounding Fincas de la Vega has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. Only 10 minutes drive is Guardamar Del Segura, that boasts some of the finest beaches in Spain.

The area also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee).

If you prefer to stay by the pool, the owners have provided plenty of poolside games and activities The large front and rear terraces, surrounded by Palm and fruit trees, is ideal for evening meals, in the summer the sun sets there at around 10 in the evening It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park 3 or 4 cars.

The nearest large town is Ciudad Quesada 5 minutes drive - with a good range of shops bars and restaurants, two weekly market at Rojales and Benijofar

Torrevieja with its vast marinas, and an array of excellent restaurants, shops, coffee houses and bars. with a good range of shops, a weekly market plus a regular daily craft fairs.

Less than 45 minutes drive away, within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, historic sites, a theme park.

Guestbook for La Marquesa Villa

Stunning Villa which more than exceded our expectations. On arrival Garry was very helpful giving us a quick tour of the immediate area and settling us into the villa. A car is required to get out and about and there are some very nice bars and restaurants nearby (Booking is required for some of these) the beach nearby in Guardmar is lovely and a 30 min journey into Torrevieja is worth a visit for the market a very lively town. The pool area is fantastic which the kids really enjoyed we couldnt have asked for more its the small touches that make the difference thank you Garry you couldnt have gone out of your way any more!!!!!! Stunning villa with lots of space in quiet rural location. car needed to visit beach and local towns, very traditional un touristy towns nearby. Villa very clean and lovely tasteful furniture fab air conditioning. Pool great with lovely gazebo by pool giving very welcome shade, perfect for lunch and sangria. bbq was new big gas one so we spent lots of time eating in and dining al fresco. kids loved villa and pool. fun to watch bats flying at night, so quiet you can hear their wings flap. If you want some luxury and to see some real spain, this is the place to come. Beach at Guardamar great, visit Moncaio quieter and very beautiful.
