This spacious 2 bed semi detached house is located in the popular Quesada development, it offers a variety of features including private terrace( table and chairs), landscaped gardens, with BBQ and secure parking and a large pool area. The interior of the property is well laid out and boasts a large lounge-diner, fully equipped kitchen with utility area.

There is ample seating in both the lounge and diner, there is 2 ample bedrooms which make up this charming property.One bed on the ground floor, also the main bathroom and the master upstairs, with shower room, and also a terrace with x 4 sunlougers. this is south- east facing, so all day sun.

As you enter you are in the large lounge-diner, through to your right is the kitchen and utility area, with the main bathroom and bedroom also located on the ground floor, up the open staircase you will find the master bedroom, shower room and roof terrace with sunloungers. There is A-C in both the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the lounge, the A-C is hot-cold.
