This Beautiful Town House consists of 2 double bedrooms. Fully Air Conditioned Throughout.

Living room with dining table, Kitchen and Bathroom. It has a gorgeous communal pool.

The nearest beach is a five minute drive away. The local Pubs and Restaurants are a 10 minute walk away.

Fabulous views and all amenities are only a short walk away. Key Location for golfers!!

We run a Saturday to Saturday changeover but we can accomodate for different arrival and departure days if prefered. 20% deposit must be taken to secure your booking. This is non refundable after 7 days of taking the deposit. 40% must be paid 8 weeks before your stay begins. Then then the remaining balance 4 weeks before your departure.

Prices shown exclude Cleaner's Fee for your end of stay Clean.

In addition, we require a £200- £500 damage deposit, which will be returned to you following your departure (provided there is no damage to the property).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Rojales Spain is situated in between the two airports of Murcia and Alicante. It is situated inland from the coastal resort of Guardamar del Segura in the district of Alicante. Rojales is a beautiful town which sits on the Segura River. The Segura River plays a really important part in the areas history and modern day irrigation. Some of the more famous areas in the town are the cave houses at Cuevas del Rodeo.

These cave houses have been carved into the side of a sandstone mountain during the 19th century. Live music shows are regularly held here as our craft markets. The cave dwellings are now mostly used by craftsmen and artists. The population of Rojales Spain is just over 9000, although during the tourist season the population can shoot up to over 30,000.

There have been excavations which have resulted in relics dating back to the Bronze Age and the Neolithic era all along the river Segura and Rojales Spain.

The Rojales area

Rojales:-
Rojales is a small municipal town that has a charming village feel to it. It sits on the banks of the River Segura and makes up a stop on the Rio Segura walking and cycling route. It is easy to wander around Rojales as you always come back to the river, with its large waterwheel and friendly ducks! Take the time to explore, maybe visit the artists cave houses or the museum in the church square. The Thursday morning market is very popular with both residents and visitors and is well renowned for being slightly cheaper!

Rojales Water Park, known as Parque Aquatico, was opened on the 14th of June 1986 and has been providing great days out for families ever since. It is open every year during the summer and is most suited to children aged 6-13yrs. It has 4 gentle slides and 2 kamikaze slides, 3 children’s pools, a large swimming pool with free sun beds and parasols, restaurant, cafeteria, lawn area, picnic area (you can bring your own sandwiches!) and lots of free parking.

Places of interest & ideas of things to do in Rojales

Town Centre: is to be found on both sides of the river and in and around the church square and boasts a small selection of shops.
Town Hall: for more information about the Cuevas del Rodeo (artists cave houses), the shell house, archaeological museum, hydrological monuments and the agricultural museum.
Market: large Thursday morning.
Rio Segura walking & cycling route: inland to Formentera, Algorfa, Benejuzar and Orihuela or towards the coast and the marina in Guardamar.
Parque Aquatico: water park open during the summer months only.
Golf: La Marquesa Golf Course.

Ideas of places to twin Rojales with day or night:-

Visit the busy market in Rojales on a Thursday morning to buy some tasty fresh, locally grown produce and sample local specialities, then drive to Guardamar Marina for lunch and enjoy a walk through the peaceful Alfonso Park or along the beach for some stunning views and lots of fresh air.
Have a day exploring!! Twin Rojales with anyone of a number of surrounding places like Almoradi to get a true feel of what rural Spanish life is all about, and have a totally cultural experience.

Start off your day with a walk or cycle along the banks of the Rio Segura to soak up a bit of rural Spain and work up an appetite. Reward yourself at the end of your day with a cerveza or vino and tapas in one of the many eateries in Rojales village.

“Excellant” Stayed at this town house 9th March to the 16th March 2013 house was lovely had everything you needed for self catering spotless clean ample bedding towels comfortable beds. John and Sue the caretakers was brillaint anything you needed or any info was able to help you would recomend to anyone the only minus is if you don't drive there are no buses however taxi available oh and neighbours friendly too!!!!

“The owner of the property - a fraud. Beware” They will not return a damage deposit, which is more than half of the cost a whole month. Stopped the correspondence, do not respond to calls. Never pay him advances. Owner of the property - crooks! Beware any contact with these people. In this area, there is enough property to rent. Response: Unfortunately this guest did book with us but on arrival realised the house didn't have wifi( which we never advertised the house with )therefore they didn't stay in our Beautiful House, May I add they never even entered in the house. They were very abusive to our Caretaker regarding their problem and we did offer to pay for a dongle to help them during their stay even though we never advertised the house with internet. Unfortunately it seems we cant please everyone and they have left us a very disrespectful and unbelievable review.
