These three lower floors form part of a beautiful five storey villa, built in the 19th century and fully renovated, is situated in the heart of the French Riviera. Nestled on a hillside in the Basse Corniche, there are spectacular and dramatic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the delightful village and bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

Set in immaculately maintained grounds, the villa's large terrace, lawn and swimming pool all enjoy this incredible vista. Decorated and furnished to a very comfortable standard, the interior is bright and airy with marble or parquet floors throughout. All the bedrooms have sweeping views of the sea.

Situated 3km from Menton and 1km from Monte Carlo, this seaside resort rises to 300m altitude, starting at the waters edge and going all the way up to its perched village. It is only a ten minute walk to Monte Carlo. Nice and the Italian Riviera a twenty minute drive.
