Upstairs - are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet. The remaining bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet are located downstairs. A large self contained kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave is open plan and looks onto the dining and lounge areas.
This townhouse is ideal for families who either want the privacy to holiday on their own, or the ability to holiday with friends. There is enough room to enjoy each others company and still have enough room to have your own privacy.

The Rockingham region is well sign posted with visitor attractions indicated by the blue tourist signs located along major roads.
On entering the Rockingham region from either the north or south boundaries we recommend taking the 202 Tourist drive. The scenic drive is well sign posted and starting points can be accessed on Patterson Road, Mandurah Road or Ennis Avenue.
Rockingham enjoys the reputation as a popular summertime holiday destination. It’s natural water based resources make it an ideal place to visit. It’s unique northern-facing Palm beach and Rockingham beaches provide sheltered swimming and aquatic recreation places most of the year.
Likewise the southern facing Safety Bay area offers some of the best sailing and windsurfing opportunities in the state.

Rockingham is renowned for its lovely beaches for simply relaxing on the beach, at the cafe's, in the park or enjoying many of the water activities that Rockingham has to offer. SAILING - for those who are the adventurous type and cruising around, especially on twilight sails are enjoyable. DIVING and SNORKELLING - around the Point Peron is a must to do on your list. There are local dive wrecks just 5 minutes walk from this townhouse.
GOLFING - for those who enjoy first class courses, many surrounding the area.
BIKE RIDING - there are many bike trails surrounding Rockingham and most are flat so very easy to just cruise around and enjoy the scenery.
DOLPHIN CRUISES - There is a local dive company "Dolphin Cruises" that operate direct out of Rockingham. They operate daily - weather and season permitting. They travel throughout the Cockburn Sound and dolphins and seals are always keen to come and say hello. Dolphin Cruises also give you the opportunity to swim with the dolphins - a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many people.
How to get there
Rockingham is approx 45 mins drive south from the international and domestic airport terminals. Taxi is the most popular way of transport from the airport, as there is not a train leaving from the Perth Airport direct.
Once you arrive to the "Beach Townhouse" we will spend a brief time with you answering any questions that you may have, and giving you a brief rundown on the unit and assisting you with the townhouse and any queries that you may have.

BOOKING PROCEDURE To confirm booking, send deposit for 20% of the overall rate.
Balance of the full payment is due 6 weeks before commencement of letting. Failure to make this full payment by the due date results in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit paid. If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks, full payment will be required to confirm booking.
Refundable breakages deposit of 300GBP is required - this is payable with the balance of the "full payment", the 300GBP will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
