Montoro House is a beautiful extra large family home, equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Sparkling pool, patio and gas bbq plus a pool table.
Only minutes to the beautiful white sandy beach, which boasts clear water. Also close to local shops, and nearby larger shopping centre's. Nearby is Rockingham one side and Mandurah the other,both boasting plenty of shops and restaurants for all budgets.
The home has 4 extra large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining and large family room. Plus separate lounge room, and a separate pool table room. It also has ducted air conditioning, to cool you down when the weather hots up, and a convection gas heater for the winter months.

The pool area is fenced off from the house, to keep the little ones safe. There is a large patio area with bbq.
It has a double electric remote garage door and a fully fenced back garden.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area region
Western Australia is the only place to be in my eyes. It boasts glorious white sandy beaches which stretch for literally miles and clear sparkling water. Perth city is one of the prettiest i've ever seen, with the view from Kings Park (especially at night) breath-taking.
Late night shopping in the city on Friday is great and what better way to relax but in nearby Northbridge, where eating and night clubs are a plenty. Where else would you get to hand feed kangaroo's and parrots but in Perth. Fremantle is only a short car or train ride away where it boasts the best market in Perth.
The street restaurants and cafe's are a must and even the prison tour if your game(especially the night tour). Don't forget to take a trip to Mandurah to see how the others live in their canal style, executive homes. Further down the coast is the fabulous winery's at Margaret river, and the surfers paradise.
The Rockingham / Port Kennedy area
Port Kennedy is only minutes from Rockingham and a little further south Mandurah, (a seaside holiday resort). Swimming with the dolphins is available at Rockingham where they provide wet suits and you literally swim amongst them which is awesome. (Yes i did it).
Also penguin island is only minutes away which you can walk to when the tide is out, or take the boat. The beaches stretch from North to South as far as the eye can see. Why not have a bbq at one of the many parks located at the beach or just take a picnic.
Further down the coast is Hillary's Boat Harbour with shops and restaurants galore. It also has water slides and a trampoline area for the kids and the safest of beaches, which are ideal for the very young children, while the older ones can jump off the jetty. It also boasts sun sails for those sensitive skins when the sun gets that bit hot.
A must is a short ferry ride to beautiful Rottnest Island where you can hire bicycles for all ages and cycle around the island and get to hand feed the quokka's. Also not to be missed is Perth Zoo. Good fishing spots can be found off the rocks at the Marina's or simply just off the beach whilst enjoying our beautiful sunset. What are you waiting for????

Local buses operate regularly.
Only 5 mins. to the popular Secret Harbour , and a further 10 mins to Mandurah. In the opposite direction just 10 mins away is Rockingham .

Very pleased with the service, cleanliness, location and instructions given for all appliances. The place had everything needed and lacked nothing. It was lovely to have a cosy and self efficient place to stay. Will recommend this rental to everyone x |
