About the home

The property has the benefit of a kitchen/dining room and a large separate sitting room. There is a large south-west facing garden with patio and barbecue.With a master super king bed (zip-linked), en suite bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 twin beds and a family bathroom.

Leisure Facilities are included with 25% discount off Golf and Tennis discounts off beauty bookings and food and drink at Greens Brasserie just a short walk from the house.

The Bothy sleeps 6 and offers luxurious accommodation with every comfort. A short walk from the leisure facilities and clubhouse and yet only a 20 minute stroll to the superb beach at Polzeath.

The Bothy is a deceptively spacious house with large lounge, French doors leading out onto a large enclosed garden with brick built BBQ. Fully fitted kitchen and dining area with utility room. Downstairs shower. Upstairs master king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further twin bedrooms and family bathroom. Only a short walk from the club house and leisure facilities and a short walk to the famous surfing beach of Polzeath. There is a brasserie on site serving lunch and evening meals throughout the year.

Included with the rental is the 20m heated swimming pool along with spa, sauna, steam room and two air conditioned fitness suites, which have both cv and resistance equipment. Fitness classes are also included. Discounts off two outdoor tennis courts, green fees, beauty treatments and surfing lessons with Pete Craske of Surfs Up, Polzeath (subject to availability).

The Rock area

The town of Rock is located across the Camel Estuary from the fishing port of Padstowe. For somewhere so sandy Rock might not seem the most appropriate name. However, it comes from the local quarry where the rocks were used as ballast by the sailing ships which had unloaded their cargo across the river.

A village shop stocked with a superb selection of fine wines and cheeses gives a clue to the popularity of the place with wealthy city types and other well to do folk, including certain members of the Royal Family. That said Rock is not without its charm.
