The Dome House is a unique apartment which earns its name from its amazing dome sitting room. No other property on the Roserrow complex can truly boast the unrestricted views across to Newland Island (famous for its Cormorants and Basking Sharks), the Pentires, the Atlantic Ocean and miles of unspoilt countryside. You can even glimpse the Camel Estuary!

Both downstairs and upstairs, this prestigious contemporary apartment looks out across Roserrow Golf Course – in fact you can walk onto the 18th green from the patio. Situated in a private courtyard, The Dome House sleeps 5/6 and has every amenity to create a holiday home of the ultimate comfort.

This venue is equally ideal for short or long stays. Whether you are a family wanting a variety of diversions, honeymooners, golfers, walkers or just want to enjoy a holiday that can offer activities or tranquillity, the Dome House has it all. Roserrow Golf offers golf, tennis, a 20 metre heated swimming pool and extensive leisure facilities – sauna, steam, spa and fully equipped air conditioned fitness suites - all within yards of your door. You may wish to use the superb fully equipped luxury kitchen or for those who want a break from cooking, Roserrow's Brasserie and Bar is just a few minutes stroll away.

Or you may wish to take the 10 min stroll over the golf links to the surfing beach of Polzeath, or visit Daymer Bay to swim or play on the beach – these are all within a short distance of the Dome House. Then there are the delights of famous villages such as Rock, Padstow and Port Isaac with their wonderful selection of restaurants, shops and cafes and also famous for their personalities - Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver - or their TV appearances – Doc Martin.

The Dome House offers a Mediterranean feel with its stunning circular lounge, curving staircase, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with granite work tops, cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine/dryer.

The cool cream and beige tones of the downstairs sitting room are complemented by the warm ochra and golds in the dome room.

There is a large 37” TV screen which includes Sky TV in the sitting room and each bedroom has its own TV as well. The master double bedroom has a luxury en suite marble shower room with toilet and washbasin and heated towel rail.

The further 2 bedrooms share a luxury marble bathroom with integral shower, toilet and washbasin, heated towel rail. Two of the three bedrooms have breathtaking views across the golf course and towards the sea from every window, the third bedroom has views across the private courtyard.
The Dome House benefits from underfloor heating making it an ideal retreat throughout the year. It has a large spacious patio at ground floor level looking out over the golf course to the sea and a truly stunning terrace surrounding the dome with unrestricted views across the surrounding countryside, the Atlantic Ocean, Newland island and the Pentires.

The Dome House is in an ideal location to explore the North Cornwall Coast. Only 15 mins walk to coastal walks around Pentire, Rock, Daymer Bay.
Footpath to the very popular Surfing Beach of Polzeath with discounts off lessons (beginners, intermediate and advanced).

Located on the magnificent 18 hole 72 par golf course, which was awarded a silver award from Golf monthly. Other attractive golf courses St Enedoc just 2 miles away, Bowood, Trevose.
Cycling along the Camel Trail to both Padstow and Bodmin/Wenford.
Water sports at Rock Ferry to Padstow only 2 miles away.
Port Isaac fishing village (location for Doc Martins TV Series) only 4 miles away.

The Rock area

The town of Rock is located across the Camel Estuary from the fishing port of Padstowe. For somewhere so sandy Rock might not seem the most appropriate name. However, it comes from the local quarry where the rocks were used as ballast by the sailing ships which had unloaded their cargo across the river.

A village shop stocked with a superb selection of fine wines and cheeses gives a clue to the popularity of the place with wealthy city types and other well to do folk, including certain members of the Royal Family. That said Rock is not without its charm.
