Enclosed lawned area suitable for sitting and eating out on the picnic bench.

Ample parking for many cars. Additional lawned area in the front garden enabling one to play badmington, swing bat (not supplied). Hotel/leisure facilities within easy walking distance with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and Cowshed spa, restaurant and bar, cafe.

Double aspect windows in the lounge area give a nice light airy atmosphere.

Linen service available with prior notice to our caretaker at a charge arranged with her.

Dog friendly for well behaved pets. Dogs messes must be collected in waste bags and disposed of in the appropriate place.

An additional cost for dogs of £20 per dog.

Changeover day Friday to enable the caretaker to come in to clean and freshen up.

"Fabulous week"

The properties was ideally situated between Polzeath for the budding surfers in the groupand Daymer for the younger ones.The accommodation had everything we could have needed. We had 2 dogs with us an… More

Spoiling to have two excellent beaches within walking distance, but offering different things. Dog walks in abundance too! So glad the holiday was a success.

Good to know that the property is looked after well by our caretaker. We are looking into wifi, but can log in at many places locally. Some like to get right away for a break from wifi - point taken though. Glad you had a good time.
