The property is incredibly new and was constructed using traditional and modern materials. On just entering the hallway, you get an immediate insight into what a special property this is.

The contemporary open plan design of the kitchen, dining room and sitting area works exceptionally well and this is complimented by a lounge, study, utility room and enormous downstairs shower wet room. Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with en-suites, two further bedrooms, a large family bathroom and a balcony with stunning views across the Camel Estuary.

5 Gull Rock is furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. Features & facilities include Sky HD (full package), Wifi, Playstation 3 , wood burner, integrated sound system for iPod, Nespresso coffee machine, perpetual ice making machines in the freezers and much more.

As well as the impressive interiors, 5 Gull Rock is a dog friendly holiday home and boasts a spacious enclosed garden and large decked area with infra-red heat lamps, allowing guests to make the most of the beautiful views and fresh Cornish air on chillier evenings.

Within walking distance of less than 10 minutes, you can walk to Nathan Outlaw, Mariners, Rock Inn or Rock Beach; catch the water taxi to Padstow and enjoy a huge amount of water sports. The famous Polzeath surfing beach is less than 10 minutes by car.

5 Gull Rock has been furnished to exceptionally high standards and the specification of property fittings is exceptional. One of the great features of this property is the ability to slide open all the bi-fold doors in the sitting room area which then makes the decked area an extension of the inside.

The luxurious bed linen is white and each guest has a hand towel, bath towel and beach towel.

The house easily sleeps 8 but can accommodate 11 guests in total. The extra three beds are via a single sofa chair in bedroom 4 and two single beds that are integrated into two units in the study. We always recommend talking to us if you have 9-11 people in the property so that we can talk it through with you.
