The Spectacular 180 Sea Views that take in Formentera are totally breathtaking. This exclusive Roca Llisa apartment is in the typical Iberican style, built around a huge sea facing terrace making outdoor dining, BBQ, sun lounging/relaxing and sunsets simply amazing.
The location is very peaceful away from it all... Days can be spent on the terrace enjoying the sun, good food and company... reading a book listening to the sound of the sea or just listening to the chilled out sounds Ibiza is famous for. Yet Ibiza Town, its bars, clubs and restaurants are only a short 7 min drive away.
Roca Llisa is a private resort, very safe and quiet. There is a small beach 10 min walking from the house. There are also some great walks to take in the beautiful sea views / vistas. Going to the north you can visit the best beaches in Ibiza cala Xarraca, d´en Serra, Portinatx and hippymarket in 'Las Dalias' and Es Canar. A car is necessary to get around the island and can be organised through Avis or Hertz very cheaply at the Airport... The Jockey Club, Blue Marlin and the Chiringuito at Es Cavellet are excellent beach restaurants and a must for all visit

The Ibiza region

Roca Lisa / Anphiteatro area
The urbanization of ROCA LLISA is situated half-way between Ibiza town and Santa Eularia del Rio, in particular between the villages of Jesús and Cala Llonga. It is considered to be the best urbanization of the island, being an enclave of luxury and peace, of considerable contrast to the more frantic lifestyle of the other centres of the island.

How to get there
A rental car is advised. From Ibiza Airport it's a quick 15km to Roca Llisa via Jesus along the motorway. When booking is confirmed a welcome pack with detailed directions & maps will be emailed.

Further details indoors: A master double bedroom with en suite leads onto the terrace while another twin bedroom with en suite is to the rear of the apartment. There's an open plan dining room/kitchen/lounge (who'd eat indoors with such amazing sea views.
The apartment has a full kitchen with Fridge, Microwave, Hob, Small Oven, Espresso Machine (a must!). There is also parking, air-conditioning, a washing machine, Stereo, DVD player (and huge collection of DVDs) as well as sun loungers, outdoor dining/relaxing furniture and a Weber BBQ to make the most of the huge terrace and spectacular sea views... beach/shops/restaurants 5min drive
Further details outdoors: The Terrace is 100m2 and has a 180o view of the sea out to Formenterra and the coastline along to Ibiza town. The sun sets directly in front of you and is truly remarkable. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining setting for four. There is also a large market style umbrella for some shade and there are four luxury sunloungers with cushions to make the most of the sun and views. An outdoor shower is available to cool down and there is a weber BBQ to ensure that even the cooking can be done in front of that amazing view.

If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%.
The balance is then payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. There are two ways the deposit and final balance can be paid; either by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an additional 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made immediately over the internet. Most banks require a a foreign transfer to be done in a branch. They also have a charge for doing this. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal please let us know and we'll issue you with a request. To transfer larger sums PayPal does require you to become a verified member. This process can take a few days and we are happy to hold the booking in the meantime.
A refundable security deposit of €400 is also payable two weeks prior to arrival. This will be refunded to you in full within one week of your departure if all is in order
