Casa Mia is a beautifully designed house ideal for families and groups with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
The location is perfect and within walking distance of one of the best kept secret sandy beaches on the island, Cala Olivera, almost exclusive for Roca Llisa use and just 10 minutes drive from Ibiza town and Santa Eularia.
The house is spread over 2 floors with marble throughout with large and spacious terraces within a small development of houses with overall living accomodation totalling 150m2.
The pool is very large and perfect for relaxing with both an adult and childrens pool and high speed wifi throughout the house.
NB. British Airways now has direct flights all year round direct from London City Airport to Ibiza so perfect winter escape. With Pacha open all year and plenty to do it is perfect place to relax.

Ibiza is packed with festivities throughout the year and there are numerous places i recommend you visit. If you let me know your interests we can help you make the most of your trip and recommend suitable places that might suit you.
The Roca Lisa area
Roca Llisa is one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island with manicured roads and access to one of the prettiest cove beaches on the island where in the summer there is a cute beach bar to look after you.
There is also the only world class Golf course on the island with both an 18 and 9 hole course that i strongly recommend for the golfers.
There are also beautiful walks down to the beach that is only 1.4km from the house.
There are further walks to Amante that also has a fantastic beach restaurant and cove bay.
The area is very quiet and you can hear the waves from bedroom and smell the pine forests that are directly around the property in the summer.

Ibiza is serviced by a large number of low cost airlines including Ryanair and Easyjet from throughout the UK
British Airways run a great service out of London city airport direct to Ibiza all year round!
Ryanair has in the past operated a direct out of season flight from November onwards from London but there are many airlines flying to Madrid/Barcelona with a quick hop to Ibiza
Every point on the island is at most 35 minutes from any other point so is easy to get around and recommend to enjoy the benefits of the island to rent a car, which is surpirisingly good value.
It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to get to Casa Mia from the airport

This house was perfect for 4 girls visiting Ibiza for the first time.
After reading previous reviews, a car was highly recommended for Roca Llisa. After picking up the car from Ibiza airport (which was pretty painless) we made our way to Roca Llisa following the directions the owner had given us. It really is straight forward and probably took us about 20-25mins to reach our destination. We were met with secruity, which felt very reassuring. They kindly directed us to the house. Even before you reach the house you have to enter through a secured gate, another plus sign for us. Nico the manager met us at the entrance and went through all the formalities. A very nice man, whom we could call upon any time if we encountered any problems....luckily we did not.
The house sleeps 7 but it was perfect for the 4 of us. A beautifully decorated house. We had everything we needed. Having the WiFi was brilliant so we could keep in touch with family and also check out what we wanted to do each day in Ibiza. I would say a car is a must. This made our stay more exciting as we would venture out to different beaches everyday. The driving is on the opposite side of the road so it just depends on how confident you are. The locals do respect the hire car drivers and they will just over take you if you are driving at a snails pace.
When taking the car into town there are plenty of public paid carparks. You can park on the the road but if in a blue box you must pay but again this depends on times. After 10pm its free.
I totally fell in love with this beautiful island. There is something for everyone. A few recommendations:
Beaches, Cala Llonga, Cala d' Hort and Salines and much much more
Bars: Gecko (On a small island called Formentera, ferries run regulary from Ibiza Old Town, 20 euros oneway) and Blue Marlin.
Food: So many wonderful restaurants I can't even begin to list them, one that stands out is Sunset Ashram, where as you can guess, see the most amazing sunset.
I really hope to return next year with my girls.
