Set in the hamlet of High Normanby near Robin Hood's Bay, this semi detached barn conversion sleeps two in one bedroom; an ideal romantic retreat.Perfect for couples, this semi-detached barn conversion is in the hamlet of High Normanby, only two miles from the lovely fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay. The cottage has been tastefully and sympathetically restored to create a holiday home of character and charm, including a lovely open plan living area, attractive double bedroom and a shower room. Outside, a raised, decked area is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy a drink and relax, while enjoying views over the countryside towards Whitby. There is access to footpaths directly from the cottage, which is also close to the charming village of Robin Hood's Bay, which offers amenities including shops, pubs, ice cream parlour and a sandy beach.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: One of the most picturesque villages on the beautiful English coastline, the Yorkshire village of Robin Hood's Bay delights visitors with its quaint cottages, bubbling beck, narrow cobbled streets and sandy beach. All visitors will love the beach and its cliff top walks, whilst more serious climbers can enjoy the many long distance trails that pass through the town such as the Cleveland Way, the Lyke Wake Walk and the Coast to Coast walks. The village is located between two thriving seaside destinations â Whitby and Scarborough, which each offer amusements, beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants. Robin Hood's Bay itself also offers good amenities, including shops, restaurants pubs and an ice cream parlour.
