Only 5 min by bus from the Perth CBD and 7 min from the International Airport. This suburb is within walking distance of the Swan River and ideally located on major transport routes to and from the Perth CBD and the airport.
Perth has four seasons with a hot dry summer for four months and a mild winter. Summer temperatures may exceed 35c for extended periods. Winter months may include temperatures with a range from 11c to the mid 20s.
The Rivervale area
Rivervale runs alongside the Swan River and is ideally located on major transport routes. Perth offers many local attractions with its beaches being a major attraction for many visitors. Kings Park and the beautiful Swan River, the Old Mill, Perth Mint and Perth Bells.
The train runs nearby this unit and opens up access to historic Fremantle with its Maritime Museum and many examples of early WA architecture. Brighton Road is only a short walk from the Burswood Entertainment Complex, Burswood Dome, Burswood Golf Course and Tennis Centre.
The state cricket ground (WACA) and trotting track are also within easy access of this ideal location.
