College Penthouse, a beautifully appointed and newly developed apartment in a conservation area close to the centre of Ripon.

The master bedroom is a spacious room furnished with a king sized double bed and ample fitted wardrobes.

It leads into a generous ensuite shower room with a luxurious walk-in style shower enclosure. The ensuite benefits from an additional dressing area and heated towel rail.

This modern kitchen is very well equipped. There is an integrated dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a large fridge/freezer and a microwave to complement the hob and oven. The excellent range of units provides ample storage space.

"Very stylish and comfortable."

Ideally located; excellent views; very stylish design and furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the appartment is well equipped. Even the lift works. Helpful owners who are not intrusive but available if required.
