The complex has a residents-only and children's pool and has a children's playground. It benefits from secure underground car parking with direct lift access.
This first floor south-facing apartment has Air-Conditioning units in the lounge and main bedroom. There are two showers and toilets.
The spacious balcony overlooking the pool is furnished with a table and chairs to enable al fresco dining. Sunblinds allow the option of shade as well as privacy. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The weather in Costa Blanca is typically warm and sunny all year round and the resort enjoys a fine Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters making it an ideal location for a holiday. Boasting over 320 days of sunshine a year, even in December the temperature rarely falls below 17 degrees. July, August & September temperatures average 30-32 degrees.
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its beautiful sandy white beaches Along this 4km long coastline stretch you will find the following beaches: Playa de las Mil Palmeras, Playa del Río, Playa del Gato, Playa de los Jesuítas-Cala Rincón, Playa del Conde y del Cuartel, Playa del Puerto, Playa de las Villas, Playa de las Higuericas and Playa del Mojón. There are a host of golf courses designed to cater for all levels of golfers as well as many other activities including water sports, water parks and go-karts.
Steeped in history, take a break from the beach and pool to explore a wealth of historical interest in Orihuela, Murcia, Cartagena and city of Elche. This picturesque province has something to suit all tastes and ages.
The Rio Mar Torre de la Horadada / Rio Mar area
Riomar urbanisation is located just 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, internet café and the popular Mil Palmeras strip with a variety of restaurants and bars. Eating out in Spain is a joy, and still relatively inexpensive. A typical Menu del Dia offers a starter, main course and a drink for €10.
Pueblo Latino plaza is within comfortable walking distance. With its range of restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours, you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by. The small, traditionally Spanish village of Torre de la Horadada is also within walking distance. With its beaches, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours overlooking the harbour, it is no surprise that it is popular with locals as well as Spanish and non-Spanish holidaymakers.
The fishing villages of San Pedro and Pilar de la Horadada are nearby. The cultural towns of Murcia, Cartagena and Torrevieja are ideal for tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants.
Just a short drive south of Riomar is the Mar Menor where the sea is shallow and 5 degrees warmer than the Med. The mineral rich waters of the Mar Menor have a saline content of 50% and are scientifically recognised as being therapeutic in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments. The mud is also believed by many to contain natural healing properties, particularly for skin complaints. Many visitors and locals can be found having a mudbath to treat their ailments.
There are many sports facilities available in the area. Within a 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses: Villamartin, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas, which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor, which is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeterias/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.
A soccer camp takes place locally each week throughout the summer for children aged 7 to 15.
Early morning yoga and aerobics are available on the beach during July and August - a perfect way to start your day!

This is a lovely, clean, 3 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony located in a safe well managed complex with a really nice pool with a kiddies swim area. The apartment is 5 mins walk from Mil Palmeras and the beach, is popular with spanish tourists, has lots of nice restaurants and ice cream/coffee bars and regular bars. It has street entertainment on weekends, flamenco dancing and markets. Peublo Latina (a nice square with bars restaurants) is nearby about a 10 mins walk, Torre de la Horadata a further 5 mins walk which has a busy square with restaurants, a marina and tapas bars and also has a great walkway and cycle way along the coast. The apartment also has a car parking space, places to visit include Torrevieja where there is a water park, the Habaneras shopping centre, Cabo Roig and many more. Enjoyed a lovely family holiday in Riomar 10, particularly sun bathing by the pool, and on the beautiful beach / coast line which was literally 3 minutes down the road. Very spacious flat and balcony too – lovely for dining and relaxing.Good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Plenty of carparking available within the complex enabled easy access to other local beaches, great shops and places of interest, all within a handy range of 5 mins to 30 minutes by car.
