Further details outdoors: This House avails of the gentle sea breeze from the beach located just a four minute walk away. Outdoor gated patio area leading to communal large patio area which is also secured by a gate leading to main exit which makes it particularly suitable for a family vacation. To the rear of the house there is a Bar B Q area with outddoor clothes drying facilities as wlell as Wash basin and garden hose. The Front Patio area has table and chairs to seat up to four persons.
