The building has two entrances facing to two different streets, the Professor Gastão Bahiana Street and the Henrique Dodswort Street.
The main entrance to the building is at the Professor Gastão Bahiana Street, which has direct access to Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and the way to Ipanema . The next street into Ipanema direction is the Vinicius de Morais Street .
You can walk to the recreation area of the pond where you can rent bikes, tricycles and ride a paddleboat. You are also right next to the Catacumba Park, where connoisseurs can enjoy the Adneture Tourism as per Canopy, Wall Climbing, Zip Line and Tirolesinha (zip line for children of 3 to 8 years). .

You can choose among many options, all walking distance. As per go down to the Lagoon and rent a bike for a ride around it; you can also get a paddle boat for a nice and exciting tour across the lagoon waters.

If tou want to eat and drink, just walk and you will find very close, Bars, Restaurants, Coffee shops, Ice-cream shops and any city public transportation and taxis.

There is a public transportation available. The subway is 100 meters from the one of the building entrances.

O Loft Luna Azul está localizado em uma das áreas mais nobres da cidade, na fronteira entre Copacabana, Ipanema e a Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Localização estratégica e bucólica;
Indo a pé, está localizado há 5 minutos da Praia de Copacabana - Posto 5, há 15 minutos da Praia de Ipanema - Rua Vinícius de Morais e 3 minutos da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas - altura do Cantagalo, há 100 metros do Metro Cantagalo.
O edifício dá para duas ruas, a Rua Prof. Gastão Bahiana e para a AV. Henrique Dodswort mais conhecida como Corte do Cantagalo.
A entrada principal do prédio é na Rua Profº Gastão Bahiana, a qual se tem o acesso direto à Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas e o caminho para Ipanema, ou seja, a rua seguinte a Profº Gastão Bahiana é a Rua Vinícius de Morais.
É possível caminhar até a área de lazer da Lagoa,onde é possível alugar bicicletas, triciclos e andar de pedalinho. Está também bem próximo ao Parque da Catacumba, onde os apreciadores de Turismo de aventura poderão curtir as modalidades de Arvorismo, Muro e Escalada, Tirolesa e Tirolesinha (para crianças de 3 até 8 anos). Equipe de profissionais devidamente registrados no órgão competente.
Próximo a Bares, Restaurantes, Lanchonetes, Gelaterias e a qualquer transporte público da cidade.
O Prédio te 2 blocos e cada andar tem apenas 2 apartamentos; possui porteiro 24 horas por dia, além de câmeras de segurança.
O Loft tem hall de entrada, 1 sala, 1 banheiro, 1 cozinha- kitichenete e 2 quartos com ar condicionado e insufilm nas janelas, sendo que 1 tem cama de casal e o outro 2 camas individuais.
Está todo reformado com moveis e utensílios novos com aproximadamente 60 m2 de área.
Tem vista lateral para a Lagoa, contudo no momento a vista está prejudicada por árvores que não foram podadas, mas a qualquer momento poderá ocorrer a poda e a vista voltará a ficar clara.
